    It was Ok. Three of our four meals weee delivered at the same time and the fourth came after the first theee were largely done eating food quality good.

    Reserved table, was late to movie. Dinner was estimated at 1 hour for delivery. Staff was pleasantly passive. Otherwise, simply unfortunate to be unable to fulfill birthday celebration with my son, and to be late to movie.

    We made an open table reservation at Zaffiros New Berlin an hour before our movie. Upon arrival, the greeter told us they could seat us now but we wouldn’t get our food order for ‘at least an hour’ because they had to fulfill online movie theater orders before they could take care of us, even though we were physical present. We never saw anything like this before!! We will never return to Zaffiros.

    Food came out late. They said : they were behind" Frys were Luke warm. Didnt eat them but not enough time to srnd back.Sandwich was good Waitress was nice

    We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday here with 3 of her friends before a movie. Our server was outstanding. He was attentive and found something to talk to a bunch of 14 year olds about! He made their day discussing anime and music.

    I am SO mixed up as to how to rate this review. I made reservations for 11:00 AM to which I received 3, yes 3, confirmations. However, when I arrived to have lunch before a 12:35 movie, our two cars were the only ones in the parking lot. Red flag # 1. All the doors were locked. Red flag # 2. No one answered the phone. Red flag #3. We went back to sit in the car and looked it up on the website. It said the restaurant opened at 11:30. We figured OK - we can chat now, still have time to eat and make it to the movie on time. At 11:30 we followed a deliver man into the Zafiro’s, but was told by the only visible worker that the restaurant didn’t open that day until 12:00 - that left us concerned. Luckily the chef/cook can r out and said that he was all set up so if the other person -Ben - didn’t mind letting us order early then it was OK w him. So, what started out questionable turned out to be a great meal (we both had chop-chop salad) with great service…Ben was attentive but didn’t breathe down our necks. Would definitely return…but the app needs a lot of work!!

    Our server was fabulous. She was friendly and was timely with drinks and asking to take our order. She also was helpful with friendly check ins but wasn't intrusive. We had a great dinner experience.
