MariPili is named for chef's aunt and the bar and walls are adorned with Galician art and keepsakes. Estrella Galicia is served on tap and there are a wide variety of tapas options like the pan seared lingcod 'Bacallau a Mariñera' and Spanish classic 'Croquettas de Jamon' as well as our seasonal tasting menu Tapear Tapearei which includes many bite sized courses reflecting a more traditional tapas experience. Honoring the chef's blended heritage, the wine list features a selection from Spain and Washington exclusively.

Steakhaus•WallingfordJoule, das erste Restaurant des berühmten Kochehepaars Rachel Yang und Seif Chirchi, zog im Oktober 2012 in das innovative, neu erschlossene Fremont Collective in Seattles Viertel Wallingford/Fremont. Das Joule kultivierte von seiner ursprünglichen Eröffnung im Jahr 2007 an eine treue Fangemeinde und zog die bewundernde Aufmerksamkeit von lokalen und nationalen Medien auf sich, die völlig von der einzigartigen, modernen Herangehensweise an die koreanische Küche verzaubert waren. Joule, der vollwertige Ableger von Yang und Chirchis Restaurant Revel, unterstreicht Koreas Liebe zum Rindfleisch mit unkonventionellem Aufschnitt, begleitet von unverwechselbaren und teilbaren Beilagen. Joule nimmt 2-stündige Reservierungen an. Das Restaurant versucht, so viele Gäste wie möglich zu bedienen. Bitten nehmen Sie dementsprechend am Ende Ihrer Mahlzeit Rücksicht auf andere Gäste. The restaurant's menu features traditional dishes from Puerto Rico, Cuba, and other Afro and Latin American countries, prepared with high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.Over the past three years, Lenox Afro Latin Soul has made its mark as a dynamic pop-up restaurant in Seattle. We’ve had the honor of partnering with a multitude of Seattle restaurants, as well as residencies at local craft beer breweries.Built off support from the Seattle Restaurant community and the success of Chopped, our initial dream to open a brick and mortar location in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood has come to fruition.
