    Decent food. I had the sea bass, my husband had the NY strip and my daughter had the salmon. The salmon was a little on the overcooked side but everything else was wonderfully cooked, including the sweet potato fries. The place didn’t seem so busy so I couldn’t understand why they didn’t allow us to dine earlier than 8:30pm which was a little late for us. Staff seemed to enjoy themselves so it made the place less “fine dining” with professionalism.

    The food was not bad but the ambience and the food did not equal the cost of the night. This place needs some upgrades to be able to charge $110 per person for an average meal without alcohol. Vintage is a much better option for this price point.

    Great spot - just flew in for a week so it was a great spot to enjoy our first meal out. Food was excellent and Wills, our server, did an outstanding job. There were 6 of us - we had the Chilean sea bass, NY Strip, Prime bone in rib eye, filet, pork shank and Alaskan king crab claws. Everything was delicious - well prepared and presented. Nice wine list by the glass as well as interesting cocktails. We’ll definitely go back.

    Our server was awesome! This was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. They even gave us complimentary champagne. Thank you Vail Chophouse for making our anniversary dinner wonderful !

    Chicken was overdone. Phil’s speakers were too loud. Ambience was disrupted by 3 tables of small children around us. We normally have had lovely peaceful meals there.
