Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks Steakhouse, which proudly serves 100% Certified Black Angus beef. The difference is in the details at this award-winning steakhouse, with its unique brand of personal touches developed over nearly two decades of operation.

The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace.

At 40 ounces, the colossal Creekstone Farms Tomahawk serves two, filling the table with lobster mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, black-truffle butter, and two scratch-made sauces.

Dinner begins with fresh bread service, featuring three house-made selections and a choice of accompaniments. The hand-made butter, which is rumored to have its own fan club, is cultured and churned right in the kitchen.

The dining experience is complemented with an extensive wine list, and a selection of boutique bourbons.

    Service staff was outstanding, very nice surprise to have a birthday card on our table with signatures from the staff. Also, impressive that each member of the staff that we met, all wished me a happy birthday. My wife and I tried the Wagyu Spencer and were disappointed that it didn't have the marbling we were expecting. We'll have to try a Wagyu rib-eye next time. Overall, the food was great, the service was outstanding and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

    Beautiful restaurant, great service, food was very good, except for steak way over cooked, then took quite some time to replace it. However it wound up being comped. Definitely try it again sometime.

    We wanted to try something different so we booked Christmas dinner for 4 and it was the BEST decision! Mom had shrimp cocktail appetizer, they were HUGE! Her meal was scallops that was cooked perfectly, my son had the Salmon and there wasn’t anything left on his plate! Hubby had a NY and it was so thick and cooked exactly as ordered, I had the Pierogis w/duck confit, which I had never tried before but love pierogis so I gave it a try and could of had another it was SOOO GOOD! The service was very attentive and the prices were very reasonable. We were Very pleased with Twin Creeks at the Silverton. We will be dining here again foot sure!! Thank you for making this a great Christmas dinner!

    We came with a friend for Christmas dinner. Although the restaurant was crowded,, the service was excellent. Now for the food, the meals were fantastic. We had the sea bass and our friend had chicken. The food as usual was excellent.. I would recommend Twin Creeks to anyone for an intimate occasion or a meal with friends!
