    Unfortunately, the food came out incorrect and cold. The saving grace was our amazing server. He corrected the kitchen’s issues and because of him we will give it another try.

    For the money, it was a bit disappointing. I think it is def a place that is better on an ordinary night… not a special occasion.

    Granted, it was New Year’s Eve, but service was terrible. It was at least 20 minutes before we were acknowledged after being seated. Probably closer to 30 minutes. Then it was a revolving set of servers, none knowing what the prior had asked or done. After drinks and bread made it to the table another 15 minutes before we could order. Apps came out shortly thereafter. Another 15 minutes before delay between finishing apps and main course arrived. The food was fine/good. Steep prices for the amount of food. After we finished, another 15 minutes waiting for someone to ask about dessert or bill. Total time on site 2 hours and 15 minutes.

    First time food was good. Wished they had more selections to choose from. Service was good. Pricey but expected.

    It was New Year’s Eve and their tap wasn’t working and they only had 2 types of bottled beer. I ordered the sea bass and I got the last piece available so it was very small and it was only 6:30 at night. They really didn’t seem prepared for a popular night.

    The chicken arrosto was off, they were supposed to use pancetta but just used chopped up Swiss chard because I think they ran out of pancetta

    Service was very slow. Menu did not do much for me. I had the chicken and was not a fan. Just not great in any aspect so won’t be going back.

    Great touch with delicious bread and olive oil. My salad came after my pizza. The beet salad was delicious but the margarita pizza was disappointing. Very good mushroom ravioli and pastas.

    We were seated at a bar side high top when there were plenty open tables in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow. We never got our appetizer. The server explained that she put the wrong table number on the order, then returned it to the kitchen because she didn’t know where it was supposed to go. The table next to us was vacant from when we arrived and was never bussed. It was messy. The food however was excellent. Prices were very fair. The staff were doing their best. I still love Tuscan Kitchen, but for Christmas Eve, it was a little bit of a letdown.

    I took my mom to The feast of 7 Fishes at Tuscan Kitchen in Burlington on Christmas Eve. Honestly, from the beginning, our experience was awful. We arrived early for our reservation, and the hostess said she could actually take us now since they didn't actually get busy for a few more hours (probably the only positive in the experience). So she brings us to the table and it's a tiny little table in the farthest corner of the restaurant right next to the service kitchen entrance! I'm sorry, WHAT!?!? Of all the tables that were open, THAT is that place to put us? Wild. Our server comes over with the personality of a doorknob. Not only was he terrible, but his service didn't even make up for it! We had to ask for water multiple times, I tried assisting his prebussing by putting anything we were finished with towards the edge of the table to make more room since (again) it was the tiniest table, but he would come by and not take the dirty dishes or finished wine glass, or my empty cocktail glass. My mom would try to keep her water glass toward the outside of the table so he would see it was empty. Just awful, awful service. The food was almost non-palatable, just gross! From the soup being SO incredibly salty, to them pretty much using the same soup base for the sauce in the pasta, a ridiculously dry fish cake, and the dessert was embarrassing! Bread pudding with peppermint gelato?!?! Gross! And the bread pudding wasn't even warm! It was so hard, it was almost solid. Not worth the $100/ per person. AT ALL. And definitely doesn't make me want to come back and try anything from their regular menu either. 10 out of 10 would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
