   It is always a pleasure to dine at the Highwood. The food is delicious and everyone is so gracious. Best place in Calgary for a great meal at a great cost.

   Ambiance was quiet allowing for easy conversation with all guests at the table. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was excellent.

   The food quality is good, and the service is great. However, the taste is a bit mild — for example, the charred vegetables could be a little more charred to enhance the flavor. Overall, a nice experience, but a little more seasoning or stronger flavors would make it even better.

   This was an awesome night out. Our server-Pauline, was outstanding and the meal was beautiful. Best way to celebrate events and have a lovely dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

   We had a lovely lunch! The food was very good, the presentation was exquisite, and all the personnel was very attentive and professional. We were also given as much time as we wanted, and weren't rushed, which we appreciated. Thank you for a fun experience!

   A wonderful experience. Our student server was a little “green” but doing just fine. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. Steak tartar was really good. The rack of lamb and duck were delicious too. The seasonal vegetables were outstanding. The lemon cake was a little underwhelming, but still tasty. Truly a high dining experience. We would recommend the Highwood anytime.

   Everything was top shelf:) the server was especially pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was scrumptious and memorable too.

    I don’tt know why we waited so to come back! Dining here is always a pleasure and I do find the students to sweet and eager to please. The service was excellent and the food exceeded expectations. The “green salad” description belies the experience, with artfully designed green and tasty marinated vegetables, it was beautifully played and feast for the eyes as well as the palate. I have the lamb as an entree and was concerned that a half rack might be insufficient. No need for concern! Two small racks of two chops were perfectly prepared and served with a rich delicious jus, and lovely tasty veg, including delectable scalloped root veg, were enough to sate my appetite and delight me while so doing. Husband and I shared a matcha & chocolate baked Alaska with just enough of a cherry accent to artfully complement the chocolate ice cream. Well done SAIT!!
