Dabei wurden viele der originalen Kunst- und handwerklichen Elemente des Gebäudes so wie möglich wieder ins Leben gebracht, um eine stilvolle und komfortable Atmosphäre zu kreieren. Unsere Menüs ändern sich täglich. Sie werden auf Bestellung frisch von unserem Küchenchef und seinem Team zubereitet. Dabei legen wir Wert auf Frische, die Jahreszeiten, gut ausgewogene Aromen, ethische Produktbeschaffung und ländliche Werte. Wir haben einen Garten und einen Sammler, welcher die regional in Petersham angebauten Produkte zu unserem Küchenchef Petersham bringt.

When attending a Michelin Star restaurant, you expect a certain level of service and food. Sadly, the Dysart fell short of these expectations.
The food: the tasting menu was well thought out and the dishes were generally very good. The desserts felt a bit lacking however and let down the rest of the courses.
The service: everyone was very pleasant, but the service was not up to “Michelin” standard. The waiting staff did not know the menu well, it felt like they had memorised the dish 2 seconds before serving it, as they hurriedly rattled off the dish for fear of forgetting it, even making mistakes in some of the ingredients.
At the end of the meal, we had to find our own coats (they had been taken at the start but nobody offered to retrieve them). When leaving the restaurant (not late, service was still fully underway), the front of house was empty. The staff were chatting behind the pass in view of the diners and one hastily shouted “goodbye” at me from a distance as I let myself out.
These would be minor inconveniences, but if you’re selling yourself as a Michelin Star establishment and charging those sorts of prices, the whole package should reflect that.
I must comment on the wonderful sommelier, he is doing a lot of the heavy lifting in the dining room - keeping the diners engaged and is generally a lovely presence.

Wonderful hosts with a true passion for what they do. Great to learn it’s a family run business. With only 11 tables in the restaurant, they really do focus on delivering quality over quantity for their guests.
My partner and I both had the set menu which provided a wide array of different dishes, all of which were VERY unique.
Personal standouts were the Lamb dish and the Blood Orange dessert (possibly the best dessert I’ve ever had).
The only area for improvement from the perspective of my partner and I is that some of the dishes were not quite hot enough.

We had a wonderful time at the Dysart. The staff were lovely, really friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The interior design is stunning and the restaurant is light and airy, with lots of space between tables. The windows are fabulous which is why the interior of the building is bathed in light. The food is extraordinary and the wine was delicious. We came from York to meet friends and attend ‘Le Crunch’, England vs France at Twickenham with a sold-out crowd of 81,000. The restaurant let us leave our car in their spacious car park for free whilst we walked to and from the stadium for the game. England won by one point, 26-25 in a thrilling match to top off a perfect day. We recommend the Dysart and the rugby highly - both were perfect.” - Professor Simon Morris

A very lovely experience all round. The Dysart has been on our radar for quite some time and it’s didn’t disappoint. Wonderful food and impeccable service . Wine list had good variety

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely to be at a venue with tables spread out. The food was lovely although the sauce with the lamb was a little rich for my liking that just personal taste. The staff were attentive but not fussy and they look like they enjoy their jobs which is important to me. Very lovely evening thank you
