Rare whiskeys meet Stella’s infamous #16 biscuits every Thursday with a Bourbon & Biscuits specialty menu. Every Thursday starting at 3pm, the Executive Chef and beverage director of Stella San Jac are coming together to present a tasting menu tailored to Texas: a lineup of exclusive bourbon and rare whiskey pours, accompanied by housemade biscuits and seasonal accouterments. Tastings include three 1oz pours from a weekly featured distiller or grouping of specialty bottles. *Please note that evening reservations begin at 5pm, and we accept walk-ins from 3-5 for Bourbon & Biscuits, our mid-day menu, and our weekday Happy Hour*

Chicken for chicken & waffles was soooo good! Servers and hostess were attentive and kind. No complaints at all, aside from minor comment.. the BOURBON syrup is very bourbon-y in my opinion.

Homeless people doing drugs right outside the entrance. Didn’t really care as that seems to be the norm in austin. But the glasses they brought us for water were filthy, had lipstick still on them. I was surprised the waiter didn’t notice. I went to the lobby to buy water bottles instead. The food came and the dishes were not the cleanest. The scrambled eggs were undercooked and mushy, the food made us sick, should’ve known better and not eaten it, so that’s kind of on us at that point.

The food was pretty good; went there for breakfast. Nice clean setting, friendly staff. Would need to revisit a few more times for more analysis.

We were seated promptly. Our server, Oscar, was very knowledgeable and attentive. Noise level was such that we could have a conversation without speaking up or leaning in so we could hear each other. Biscuits are great!

Great food and service from Logan. First time at the restaurant. We had a booth which was very nice. Overall, wonderful experience. We had crab Benedict and steak and eggs at our table. Both were reported as new items. Loved both entrees!
