The restaurant was lovely and warm and were shown to our table. The staff were amazing, incredibly polite, efficient and friendly, the food was delicious, very tasty, and well presented. We were constantly asked if we required anything extra or more drinks. Overall it was a really fabulous experience and we would recommend Softleys to everyone. The food came out quickly and was delicious, everyone loved their meal. The staff were friendly and polite and very helpful. The food was lovely, service excellent. Overall very relaxing and did not feel rushed. We had the table for as long as we wanted it, the staff came over regular to check if we needed anything and we ordered more coffee.
