Buon Gusto bedeutet „guter Geschmack“ auf Italienisch. Und mit dem guten Geschmack der italienischen Küche möchten wir Sie in unserem Restaurant verwöhnen. Sie finden uns im historischen Gebäude des Victoria Hotels am St. George Square in der Innenstadt von Guelph. Das gemütliche Buon Gusto hat eine ungezwungene Atmosphäre mit freiliegenden Steinwänden und einem modernen Interieur. Unser Holzofen wurde in Reggello in der Toskana hergestellt und ist „il cuore“ (das Herz) des Buon Gusto. Wir importieren Mehl des Typs „molino caputo tipo 00“ sowie San-Marzano-Tomaten aus Italien und backen unsere Pizzen mit einem dünnen Boden auf traditionelle neapolitanische Art bei 480 °C für lediglich 90 Sekunden. Auf der Speisekarte stehen zudem hausgemachte Pasta nach Familienrezepten und kleine Antipasti-Teller, die sich perfekt mit Familie und Freunden teilen lassen.
