After 15 Years in san Diego, Award winner Chef Moumen Nouri decide to move his Moroccan Restaurant to the heart of the Valle De Guadalupe; a community rich in agricultural products, but also welcoming to new concepts and cuisines. A place to enjoy wine, food and music. The architecture embodies the visions of psychedelic and surrealist illustrator Jaime Zuverza, their images were externalized via a vernacular and organic technique called ferrocement. Our bar integrates more than 60 labels of wine from Baja, wine by the glass, cocktails, crafted drinks and café.
Our unpretentiously, unostentatious but luscious kitchen celebrates local produce and farmers. We cook accordingly to seasons therefore we are moved by the nostalgia our traditional Baja food was once before the boom.
