取消訂位：意同訂位『改日期』或『改時間』。
一般訂位：
訂位日「前7天」取消訂位，定金全額退還。
訂位日「前7-4天」取消訂位，退還50%定金。
訂位日「前3天」取消訂位，定金全額恕不退還。

舉例：預訂5/10用餐且已付訂金，於5/3前取消訂位將全額退款；於5/3-5/6間取消訂位將退款50%定金；於5/7後含當日取消訂位則定金恕不退還。

訂位日「前45天」取消訂位，定金全額退還。
訂位日「前44-31天」取消訂位，退還50%定金。
訂位日「前30天」取消訂位，定金全額恕不退還。

舉例：預訂1/31包場已付訂金，於12/17前取消訂位將全額退款；於12/17-12/31間取消訂位將退款50%定金；於1/1後含當日取消訂位則定金全額恕不退還。

很棒的景觀餐廳，氣氛很好，夜景漂亮，餐點味道不錯，屬中上價位，份量偏少但精緻，下次要體驗室內座位，因外面蟲子較多。

すいている時間帯だったので、落ち着いて美味しいお料理を楽しむことができました。お茶のチャーハン、お茶風味の豆腐、水蓮、レモンチキンをオーダー、全ておいしかったです。店員さんは穏やかで親切です。

鐵觀音是一心二葉的好茶，但若是熱天來訪，有冷氣的室內，景觀普通，必須是真的想喝茶，不必要看景的消費者
