Restaurants in Peking

This is about the 8th time I have been there in the past 12 years, with a 5-year hiatus between late 2019 and now. I live in NY and travel and eat at the best places all over and this is one of my favorite western restaurants anywhere. I like it A to Z. This last time was the best it's been. Very pricey but worth every penny.

We had a great birthday meal at the restaurant. The staff were lovely and very friendly. They did their best to make sure my husband had a very special birthday. They decorated the table, signed cards and gave complimentary dishes. The food was also delicious.

Service from arrival to departure was impeccable, I gave a six out of five. Food is very good though some prefers less sweet dessert. The price is very high compared to other restaurants with similar quality food, but you pay for the service, and the only view with forbidden city against beautiful sunset. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience.

Eclectic, innovative and delicious. Great dining experience. Service was great…. Ashraf made us feel welcomed and special. Perfect way to spend our last evening in Beijing.
