   Raw sushi is absolutely delicious! The raw shrimp are a fantastic appetizer!

   Bad service experience. Can’t use my birthday reward on the weekend even though I did not order from the happy hour menu and the email does not say at all that. That’s the only time I can have the family together on the weekend and I was not able to use my birthday reward. This was not a pleasant moment at all. Write in on your menu that you can’t use birthday rewards on the weekends. That’s pathetic. Very dissatisfied with the service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

   We enjoyed our evening at Ra. It’s usually pretty noisy, so we were prepared for that on a Friday evening. Our drinks and appetizer came quickly and were delicious. One of us ordered a hot dish and one ordered cold, and the cold dish came out first. That person was finished with dinner before the hot dish came out. That was unpleasant. We felt the entrees should come out together so we could have eaten together. We ended up taking half of the hot dish to go vs eating separately.

   We absolutely love RA…but this time was just blah. Was expecting better for valentines date. Drinks were amazing..lobster ragoons had new sauce which was just blah compared to what it used to be. Will still come back and try again

   Last time I go to this restaurant. The place is filthy dirty (floors have food everywhere, received multiple dirty forks), service was abysmal although he was a nice person just bad or overwhelmed at his job (not sure which), food was terrible. Rice undercooked, flank steak uneatable. Top 5 overall worst dining out experiences.

    7 pm reservation and we were not sat at our table until 7:30 pm. Staff were overwhelmed and busy. Sushi rolls came quickly but my entree took 40 minutes to arrive at the table. Have had better experiences at Kona Grill.
