To start Goat cheese quail and feta spinach rolls were great, and filet entree was also so good. Hummus is always delicious.

Since our last dinner at Zakia we have been surprised by a significant improvement in service and food. Our server Tida C and her helpers were very good cleaning table, changing the plates after each course and looking after us. The lamb hummus was spot on, tje quail was cooked to perfection so was the shrimp and octopus. It seems that focus on the dishes is on the money.

I’ve been here multiple times before and have always loved it. Yesterday was good too except for one very weird behavior from the server. He wanted us to place the full order at once. When I was placing the order for the drinks, I also wanted to get some appetizers and he was like, oh we need to place the complete order at once. I initially thought the meant food order is separate from the drinks and I was cool with it. But when I later wanted to place the order for appetizers he also wanted us to put in the order for main course with it. I hesitantly declined saying I wouldn’t be able to do that and also mentioned that I’d been a visitor and never had to do that before and he said he’ll confirm with the manager about letting me order the main course later and came back saying yes that’s fine, I could order the main course later. But the food was good and so was the experience overall

We had a great experience thanks to the new manager. The music was low so one could carry a conversation, service was timely and impeccable, and food quality higher than before. With the new manager this place is back on track for reaching new heights of service in the competitive Buckhead restaurant market.

Flashy. Food was fine. The food would match better if it were a more casual or toned down environment. Drinks took a while. Number of items on menu were crossed off. Ordered mixed grill and they were out of lamb which was disappointing. The steak they subbed in was very good though. Overall though, would not return.

Food was excellent but bar service was slow. Ordered a $30 glass of wine to pair with the main course about 5-10 mins before the main course arrived, but the wine didn’t show up until after I finished my meal. Inattention to these details will keep me from coming back or recommending the place.
