Yeonga uses never been frozen fresh meat boasting highest quality.(However beef brisket and ox tongue are slightly frozen for slicing)Yeonga uses 100% genuine charcoal for extra juiciness of meats. Yeonga can cater any kind of functions with spacious 150 seats and free car park is located in front of restaurant for your convenience.(Any Function is available) In Korean, Yeonga means “Smoke House”. The colored roof in the logo represents the tiles (Giwa) commonly used in the construction of traditional Korean houses.

The interior of this restaurant is built on the model of ‘Hanok’ which is the term used to describe houses built using traditional Korean architecture. Korean architecture lends consideration to the positioning of the house in relation to its surroundings, with thought given to the land and seasons. The structure of hanok is used tiled roofs (giwa) that not only enhanced its functional efficiency, but also possessed great artistic value.

We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in and the food was honestly incredible. We took our 3 year old and he ate everything and loved it!

The manager is a great man, professional and polite. He wrote off a BBQ chicken from our bill when he knows it is over-cooked. Some stewards are well-trained and some don't cook meat so well. When you feel something incorrect, tell them immediately and change another one to cook. No offence - just try to avoid any waste.

Nina was the best - she was so kind, attentive and friendly. Yeonga is bar far one of the best restaurants I have ever been to!

waygu and Angus beef had very little taste if any. Needs sauce to make it tasty. Pork neck was heavily marinated in sugar. At the end of the meal my mouth was filled with artificial flavoring and not the natural flavors that I was hoping for. Very unpleasant. The lettuce veggie was not fresh even after they replaced it. Server's attitude was really bad... "either take it or leave it" Attached photo. Service was horrible, server bumped a whole plate of Angus brisket on the grill. They were rolled up and she did not even bother to unroll them. Then just left and proceed to tend to another table. seriously? our meat was just left there burning as it was thin sliced. She also managed to drop meat and food on the table without even a courtesy apology. Then noticed that she had a tag "trainee" .... from that point on we just told them we would take over. Atmosphere was terrible was we were seated in the back close to the toilet. Even though we were FIRST there at 5:30pm. Noticed a lot of the good reviews here were left by "kids". If u have eaten at good restaurants and have taste buds definitely AVOID this place. Okay for kids but for QUALITY... look elsewhere. There r much better options for Korean bbq in Melbourne.
