Join us in our renowned Wolfgang Puck Restaurant, located in the Brownwood Hotel & Spa Resort to experience a Culinary tapestry of world class cuisine. When seated at our Chef’s Table, you will be treated to a five course tasting menu, paired with three world class wines. Upon letting us know of any allergies or tolerances you may have our Chef will begin to create your unique experience. If you choose to add the wine pairing feature for an additional $30, Chef will meticulously pair three wines with your courses. Prepare to enjoy the only Chef’s Table in town! We went to celebrate a birthday. The staff acknowledged the birthday guest and several wished him happy birthday throughout the evening. The calamari was excellent! My seared halibut with green curry was flavorful. The remainder of our party also their food. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the evening

Wondered why they had availability late in the afternoon for a Saturday dinner reservation during the high season??? Clearly it is because of their inadequate service. Could write a few paragraphs about the poor service, but everyone has experienced it. Save yourself the frustration...not worth the trip.

A side on my dish was cold. It was kind of a weird potato thing. I don’t know that it would have been better hot, but I left it on the plate anyway. My date had the bacon wrapped meatloaf. It was just ok. She didn’t much care for the BBQ sauce flavor.

I know it is a chain, but it it is an absolutely superior restaurant. Hit all cylinders. Food was fantastic—crab cakes outstanding, two delicious salads and a wonderful wild mushroom pizza.

The food was delicious! We had the bread tray and the crab cakes for appetizers. I was expecting a hot loaf of sliced bread and instead it was a charcuterie board-like presentation of sliced rustic breads and dipping sauces! A creative and beautiful presentation! My husband had a smoked old fashioned cocktail. I had the grouper with the forbidden rice and faro with succotash vegetables and it tasty. My husband had the pork schnitzel and loved it. Nice atmosphere, wonderful waiter and yummy food!

Food was Ok not exceptional considering the price and quantity. After being seated it was around 15 min before server came to take drink order Took about 15 min to get said drinks. Food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Server only came by 1 time before we finished our meal to see if we needed refills etc. I'm willing to chaulk this up to a staffing shortage issue as visits in the past have been much better.
