   First visit to this restaurant. Food was excellent. The service was top notch. The only thing was a bit tricky was the directions. Google maps doesn’t quite get you there so we had to stop and ask for directions. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   This is the perfect location for a date night or dinner with friends! The atmosphere is both intimate and inviting. The food stands out above all else, showcasing unique flavors and exceptional quality. The service was top-notch too, making you feel like the most important person in the room. Chef Ben even took the time to greet guests, which added a personal touch that really elevated the evening. It's clear the entire staff goes above and beyond in every aspect, ensuring every visit is special.

   I surprised my wife with this Valentine’s (day after) dinner. We were both absolutely blown away the moment we drove up the driveway to the venue. We arrived about 15 mins early for our reservations . As we walked towards the door of the restaurant, we were greeted and he opened the door for us. We decided to sit at the bar and both enjoyed a drink. I had the Vespar and my wife a Rosé. Our table was ready and the sun was setting. My wife and I decided to go on the back patio and grab a quick selfie, a staff member seen us and offered to take our picture, we agreed and were very appreciative. The waitress Valentina was as attentive, knowledgeable and on top of it! She educated us and answered all of my many questions. I’m a prisoner of the moment, but overall had the best dining experience ever. Food was amazing, duck, quail, elk chops INCREDIBLE! We will absolutely be back!

   Excellent food and service. The ambience was okay. It was quiet which was good, no music but I could hear everyone’s conversations. I’d definitely go back and recommend. Food was delicious and creative, platting was beautiful and thoughtful. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into each course.

   This was our first time and we totally enjoyed it. The steak and elk was both fabulous. Strongly recommend this place and we will go again.

   Repeat happy customer here! Wilder @Windy Hill Farm and Preserve (Knoxville, Tenn area) is simply exceptional. Chef Ben and his wonderful team keep things fresh and unique for every season. This small venue feels exclusive and special while keeping the atmosphere as casual or dressy as your occasion calls for. At the top of the priority list is the guest. Each time we have visited, the vibe has been all about making sure we are accomodated; not in a clingy way but in a laid-back, confident ‘your going to love this’ kind of way. Thanks again!    Windy Hill Farm and Preserve exceeded every expectation for our special celebration. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but it was Jeff, our phenomenal waiter, who truly elevated the experience. His detailed descriptions of the dishes were so vivid and enticing, we were already excited before the first bite. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. A celebratory toast and indulgent truffles were the perfect touches to mark the occasion. The chef is nothing short of a culinary genius, crafting dishes that were as stunning to look at as they were to savor. Windy Hill Farm and Preserve is a must-visit for anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

   I took my fiancé to dine there for his birthday and he was blown away by the overall experience and culinary tastes! I’ve dined at Windy Hill several times and I’m always impressed with the whole experience! Having such an outstanding and upscale 4 course culinary restaurant in my backyard is wonderful! I highly recommend the wild game steak, elk or bison, and the fish, sea bass or grouper!
