Welcome into Wicked Butcher to experience an exclusive wine tasting with Robert Greeley of Aperture Wines. During this experience, wine enthusiast of all levels will be able to explore Jesse Katz innovative wine making practices that capture the unique cool-climate vineyards in Sonomas's top regions. Bottles featured will be Aperture's Chardonnay, Cabernet, and their Bordeaux Blend. House made cheese and charcuterie will accompany the tasting. We did the prixe fixe menu for Valentine’s Day and really enjoyed it. The Beef Carpachio and Hamachi Crudo were both excellent with wonderful flavors. I’m a bit of a Caesar Salad snob and don’t like many that are too mayo-ie and not very tangy; however, this one was pretty tasty with good flavor. My wife had the Sea Bass which was super flavorful, flaky and tender. I had the Surf and Turf. Filet was cooked to perfection and had great flavor. Lobster tail was good flavor, but a bit small. The Banana Bread Pudding was ok. Had there been a bourbon glaze or some other sauce to moisten it up, it would have been fabulous. The Dark Chocolate Tort was good - very rich. Ryan our server and the others who assisted him were all very attentive, polite, and extremely accommodating as we asked for a Caesar salad as an add-on to the prixe fixe menu and he was happy to accommodate our request. Only negative of the whole evening was the valet parking. Only one attendant. We had to wait 20+ minutes after we had finished to get our vehicle. For Valentine’s Day and the anticipated volume of diners, I would have thought they would have been better staffed and prepared for the full house. All in all, still a really nice experience.

We went here for Valentine’s Day and were blown away. I can not recommend it enough. The dry aged ribeye was top notch.

The beef Wellington and the Cowboy Ribeye was to die for. The service was outstanding

Service was apathetic from the moment we walked in. The drinks were sporadic, the food came our=t in an odd order, the sides were very late.

Our server was amazing and very accommodating. The place is a great vibe too and the food was 3.5 too me which is not bad

Wicked Butcher is one of our favorite restaurants. Last night we took some friends who had never been there before. Everything was fine until we ordered our dinners. The salads came out right away. We waited over 30 minutes for our entrees to come out. Our waiter, Ryan, apologized and said that a couple of large parties had come in and the kitchen had fallen behind. Usually when something like this happens a round of drinks or desserts are comped for the inconvenience. However, nothing was offered. Also, the asparagus were anemic and limp and my sea bass, although it was delicious, was somewhat dry from being under the heat lamp. Disappointing.

Everything was spectacular! From the greeters, the complimentary champagne as a welcome drink, the quality of the meats (cooked to perfection), sides, and desserts were delicious. The waiter showed knowledge and gave us options. Highly recommended to enjoy a great dinner.
