For our Valentine’s Day outing, it was even better than I had hoped. This is my first time trying this event and it was fun!

It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food. One of the severs didn’t have a clue what was going on

I think the staff did as well as they could given the circumstances. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, the restaurant overall seemed a bit understaffed. Food took quite some time to arrive - maybe 25-30 minutes. The store was decorated nicely and music was appropriate and fun. The main issue I had was that the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. It was clear that other diners were cold as well. I saw numerous people put on jackets during our visit. It took us quite some time to cash out after the meal was done. No one asked for my rewards number. And, in the promotions for the event it stated that there would be specials / etc. for rewards members. I love this event. It frankly is likely a financial loss for White Castle overall, if I had to guess. I just wish that the staff was give the proper resources to deliver on the really special and unique experience. Again, I imagine the primary goal is for the White Castle brand to build goodwill. As such, spend a bit of money and make the proper investment to make the night truly special and unique. Signed, a fan.

Great experience and Valentine’s Day date experience. Our server was kind of bad, but she does not do this ever. She brought over our food and we had to figure out what was what, and for who. There was 4 of us and she just put the food at the end of the table. Service was slow too, we had to go get our own napkins, and drink refills were slow. Other than that, food was good and it was fun!

The Valentine's Day celebration at White Castle was fun! A unique way to keep it fun and affordable, and still celebrate the day. The staff was wonderful. I just wish they would have had the option to leave a tip on the card. I didn't have cash for a tip and the servers deserved a little something extra for their efforts.

The WC team really did a nice job with the Valentine’s Day celebration. The menus were creative and well thought out. The team on the floor was welcoming and attentive. And the food across the board was some of the best I have had a White Castle on a long time! Thank you!!

The tradition continues! My wife and I and her sister and brother-in-law spent another Valentine's Day together at our favorite White Castle in Troy, MI. In spite of cold weather, Kim and her team kept running orders out to the cars in the parking lot of our "drive-in" dinner. The food was great; of course! And Kim was as enthusiastic as ever. It was great fun!

We came here for Valentine's Day, the only time you can and should make reservations for White Castle. For Valentines Day, they have personal menus to order from. The Manager at this location does a fantastic job. She runs a great place, and you can see it in the employees as well. Because of Covid, they did it differently this year. It waas like being at a 50's drive-in resttaraunt, where you had to park in a designated spot, and they came out and took your order. Ont he menu was where you can tune in on your phone to spotify station that had a white castle radio DJ, playing love songs. Corporate did a good job with it. You can go inside for a picture with the white castle valentine's backdrop. The manager is very personable, rememebring me from previous years, asking where were the kids and about my new lady friend who went with me :) Service was top-notch as always, and it's good to leave them a tip that they all share. Will be back for Valentine's next year! Make your reservations early!

This was our first Valentine's Day experience and we couldn't have been happier. Considering the pandemic, everything was very well thought out and actually very enjoyable. Thanks to all the people that made the day special! We will definitely come again next year!
