Everything was done extremely well. The manager and the entire crew went the extra mile to ensure our Valentines Day dinner was a wonderful, fun experience! We will be back next year!!!

This was our 2nd year doing this and it was GREAT again! The service was great and we can't wait to do it again next year. This has become a tradition for my kids and I since since their dad works on most holidays. This is a nice little date night for them and I.

Had such a good time taking Grandaughters to dinner on Valentines Day. Always heard about this event from other people but never took advantage of it. So glad we created these memories.

They were unorganized the food was burnt and the service was very poor. Will never go back to that location for valentines day again.

We have been going for several years. Each year the experience is getting worse. This year the couple next to us had to give us menus. The server forgot our order and brought the wrong food. More attention was paid to a larger group than provided than the party’s of 2. We were given our receipt before we’d ever seen our bill. Thank you. We did tell the sever we never got a bill which 15 minutes was provided. We refilled our own drinks and had to go to the counter for items the server forgot because she never was around to ask for missing items White Castle if you continue to do this, wake up and put your heart into in PUN INTENDED.

Disappointed this year. They weren't prepared when we got there at 4 PM. Appeared short-staffed. Far less seating available. Flowers on the tables were very nice, but too tall for the vases and fell over easily. We've done Valentine's Day at White Castle in Midlothian,IL. the past 10 yrs. This year and last year-not as nice. Probably will skip next year.
