    First time and we will be back. We really enjoyed our drinks and meal. Our cocktails were whimsical and delicious. Our ramen was wonderful and yummy. We hope to come back soon to try more and may have steaks next time.

    Probably the coolest restaurant we’ve experienced while traveling. I would come back to Anchorage just to eat here again

    Very nice space. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were not cramming tables in for Valentine’s Day. Their cocktails and small plates is where they really shine. Excellent! We felt the rest of the menu was extremely limited. There are four ramen selections, which seems slim when it’s in your name. We had two varieties and they were good. Not outstanding as it did lack the umami depth that makes ramen special. Our server…she was a lot. We felt she pushed way too hard on $300-400 steaks. It very much felt like she would earn a commission. When she determined we were not there for it, she lost interest in our table. The food runner was terrible. Plopped the bowls in front of us without a single word and left.

    The hostess who seated us came across rude when I requested to not sit at the large table in the middle. We got there early (5:30) and had a reservation, so right off the bat she set the mood as unwelcoming. Our server was nice and the meal was good.

    This is one of the best restaurants in Alaska. It’s a must go to!!

    This was my first time at W & R and I loved the atmosphere. Everything was clean and modern. The bathrooms were immaculate. The appetizers we had were delicious and the food was also delicious and plated beautifully. I definitely will come again!

    Whisky & Ramen never disappoints. From the fantastic cocktails - some with glorious smoke filled bubbles on top, to the incredible variety of ramen bowls - each one equally delicious and praiseworthy, the care and attention from the hosts, servers, mixologists, and chefs is a perfect tapestry of mastery. W&R is one of the best restaurants in Anchorage.

    Our server was fabulous and the food was a welcome divergence from other cuisine in Anchorage. Lovely pre show option for dinner.

    We enjoyed the appetizers as well a three different Ramen choices. The service suggested the chili sauce on the side as we were concerned about “heat. Perfect option! Ended sharing the Miso Baked Alaska that was yum!!

    A nice restaurant with great drinks (both cocktails and mocktails). Food and service is good but not great (our server was very good but previous servers and other servers were not so great)
