   My wife’s favorite restaurant. She has celiac and can’t eat wheat. Whiskey Cake has homemade gluten free bread but unfortunately today the baker wasn’t able to work. So no GF. So she ordered a sandwich without the bread. When the check came the server told her they comped 1/2 her entree because there was no GF bread tonight. I think that shows how much the management wants a satisfied customer. It wasn’t necessary but we appreciated it.

   In from out of town - great reliable dinner in a meatless Friday ! Great choices - whiskey cake never falls short of a solid expectation.

   Food was great, service was somewhat ok. I mean the server (Darun) was a bit distracted - treated us like we were not a priority for him. The check was $160 - I figured 20% was very generous for the level of service. The kid watches me select a tip level on his payment device and hits me with: “oh, I didn’t charge you for the coffee. You know, they only pay me like 2 bucks an hour here.” I left an additional 5 bucks on the table which should have went to the restaurant not to him. I’m not impressed and we won’t be back any time soon.

   Our whiskey cake experience was great and consistent as always. The only difference I could tell is perhaps there’s new bartenders,My guava gimlet nor my daughter’s Tracie’s garden tasted a little off. I still standby the consistency of my experiences as I have been going to whiskey cake for almost 3 years and it’s the first time the cocktails were not the same.

   Great food and very helpful server. Would definitely go back. The music was just a little loud for us .

   Excellent customer service by Victoria. She accommodated my party of 10 for my birthday. She's a Rockstar! Good was delicious, candid bacon and devil eggs were hit for starters.

   The appetizers, entrees, and cocktails were amazing. The whiskey cake is very unique, good setting for a more casual date night with good food, will be back.

    The appetizers, drinks and waitress were all phenomenal, however we were so excited about the actual whiskey cake and it was so incredibly dry. To be fair we got it to go and took it home, but the way it was described I was expecting it to be soaked in that toffee syrup and there was barely any on top. Other than that though everything else was so delicious.
