This New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, 2024, enjoy a four course prix fixe menu with Guest favorites and chef-inspired creations, plus a champagne toast at midnight to bring in the New Year. An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

    First time visitor to The Water Grill. It had a nice menu of of various fish, shell fish and steak. Unfortunately, the pricey fare was just fair. Bread rolls were excellent. The Chilean Sea Bass was crispy and generally good, as was the Mexican Swordfish. Nothing outstanding. The Alaskan Black Cod was nicely presented in a miso broth but very salty. Portions were on the smaller side. Mac/Cheese was cold. Oysters Rockefeller were mixed with pieces of shell. Not good and left a bad taste, and we love oysters! Service was adequate but slow. So it was generally OK, but expensive. We were expecting something better.

    We picked this place for a special birthday and have been here a few times before. Our overall experience was not pleasant .We waited for the appetizer for an hour, which then we were told they didn’t have everything for the appetizer so they had to modify it. The food overall was a disappointment. Multiple things went wrong and the overall experience was bad~

    The food is outstanding and the service with Lindy was excellent. The noise level was extreme and it was hard to hold a conversation with our party of six. Once they turned the music down and a few of the tables left, it became manageable. The menu is extensive and gives so many great choices. We do love going there.

    Unfortunately we picked the night of the Parade of Lights! What a zoo downtown. We shared mussels that were ok but just an average broth. My wife had steak that she enjoyed and thought was cooked perfectly. I ordered the halibut but was told they were out of it (in supposedly a high end seafood restaurant at 8:30 pm !). The Chilean bass was overpowered by the too oily sauce. The restaurant did provide a complimentary dessert for our wedding anniversary, an appreciated touch.

    Soggy calamari, sent it back and the second one was still under cooked. I also went ahead and ordered the spiney lobster. It would have been absolutely bland and a waste of money if I hadn’t paired it with the over charred Mac and cheese. Overall not worth the dollar amount spent on a mediocre meal. The service was top notch and I appreciated their attentiveness but will not be going back.

    What a FABULOUS staff and scrumptious meal. The service was superb and the food plus the amazing atmosphere were truly invigorating. I loved my meal and will be back with more friends soon! Loved The Water Grill!

    I have been wanting to try this place for sometime. We had reservations for an hour before closing since we had a prior engagement. We got seated right away. However, they ran out of one of the side dishes but it took longer than it should have to be notified so I could choose another option. At that point we decided to take our food to go because it had been 50 minutes. It was not busy at that time. We got home and My husband’s steak and lobster were over cooked.
