We made a reservation online but when we arrived there was no allocated seating or reserved table for us. We were not greeted by any host and it was more like a cafe to just sit where you can find a table. Why have a reservation system then? We ordered our meal at the table on the QR app and waited (and waited and waited). We noticed many tables left unattended with piled up rubbish on them and the place was generally unclean. After 30mins we had to ask staff where our order was. They checked and our burgers came out another 10mins later and were barely warm at best. Our drinks (just 2 sodas and milkshake) came out at the end of our meal. Thats 40mins to pour a soda! The staff were apologetic and polite enough, and even though the food was cold, the taste was pretty good, but not enough to make up for the poor experience. Overall they were short staffed, the place was messy, they had some of the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced and the whole meal was overpriced. Will not recommend. Very poor experience and just a bit of hype on the name. Sorry Marky Mark… you bombed out on this one.

Booked table and one wasn't available when we arrived so we were sent to open roof bar which was hot and sunny. We booked an inside table. We were rushed to order before being sent upstairs. Food took over 45 min and was average at best and missing items, but as we were upstairs we didn't have a waiter or anyone to tell

Booked online and got confirmation online and arrived only to find they had no record of our booking for 10. So squeezed us in food took forever but manager was very apologetic and tried hard to look after us and make the experience better .. but to many issues with food burgers came first then fries came 10 minutes later and some fries did not even show up until we asked and they had to print out our booking and ask what was missing ... then told us it was already brought out but 5 minutes later the chips came out … would have tasted nicer with burger than by itself … unbelievable .. Only young kids trying their best, it appears to be more a system problem What more can you say no good have a go at staff ... just ate and left disappointed
