Vue De Monde

There's no better place to celebrate your loved one than from 55 floors above our beautiful city... This Valentine's Day, we will be offering a bespoke Tasting Menu crafted by Executive Chef Hugh Allen, complemented by a selection of carefully curated wines from our Master Sommelier, Dorian Guillon. No menu will be released prior to the evening, nor to you at the table. Instead, your culinary journey will be announced course by course as your evening unfolds. All 6pm reservations are required back by 8pm. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Any changes or cancellations must be communicated no later than 14 days prior to your reservation, payment is non-refundable past this time.

Known for his innovative blend of Greek and Central European flavors, Filippou’s cuisine masterfully celebrates simplicity, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients. Filippou will bring his visionary approach to the Vue de monde kitchen for a takeover night of boundary-pushing, artful dishes, creating a unique menu crafted specially for the occasion. Due to the nature of this bespoke event, dietary requirements cannot be accommodated. Beverage pairings are available to be ordered on the night.
