With nearly 30 years of food and beverage experience, executive chef Jason van Marter is the architect behind the menu at Vivian’s Table. Chef Jason uses his southern, coastal, and Hawaiian cuisine expertise to enliven Vivian’s classic recipes with innovative twists that delight the senses and level up the local culinary scene. He is constantly developing expertly crafted seasonal specials made with local ingredients to bring something new – and delicious – to the table. I LOVE this business for breakfast. This was the first time that we had visited for dinner. My husband and I ordered salmon, which came with one side, and we each ordered a dinner salad. The salad was basic, but OK. When the salmon arrived, it had been cooked to death and was TINY. My husband ordered a baked potato as his side and I ordered garlic sauteed spinach. To give you an idea of the serving size of the salmon, the baked potato was much larger than the salmon. My piece of salmon was literally about the size of two fingers width and only a little longer. When served, my husband mentioned to me that my side order was missing. I informed him that it was indeed not missing, but hiding under the salmon. Honestly, it was about two forks worth - my husband actually thought the spinach was a garnish. We opted not to order drinks because we were visiting the rooftop bar after dinner, which is a great place to visit. Our meal - with water as our only drink - came to $90. No way we will return for dinner. AND the restaurant was freezing cold.

Place exceeded our expectations. Knew it would be good, but this place was great! Steak was cooked perfect, and Natasha was above and beyond as our server. Great atmosphere.

We found Vivian‘s table on a whim! Originally we were going to be out of town for Valentine’s Day, but due to some unforeseen events, we stayed around the area. I jumped online to see what was available in our area and found this restaurant on open table.com. They were offering a Valentine’s Day dinner special and the evening turned out to be outstanding! The food and service were both excellent. Krista was a wonderful server. We will definitely be back again!
