   Das Essen war gut, aber man darf kein authentisches italienisches Essen erwarten. Zufahrt über Pförtner-Häuschen der Gated Community.

   When I walk into a good Italian restaurant I am greeted by the aroma of herbs and spices, garlic, Parmesan, basil. There was none of this, clue #1The service poor. Our waitress was inattentive at best. When asked for suggestions, she had none, clue number 2. The portion sizes were confusing. Mine was huge, while others were small. The Marsala was flavorless, the carbonara overdone, chicken parm was bland. Our one round of drinks were long empty and no attempt to refill drinks. We had to go find someone for salt and pepper. We never saw our server again until she was ready to turn the table. (50% capacity at best) The cost was as high as our disappointment. Save your money and go elsewhere.

   This restaurant seems to be in the middle of a concept change. It was billed as a “Chophouse” but there were no real meats on the menu. We had seen reviews of Steaks, Pork Chops and Veal Chops, but all of that is gone and now it is simply traditional American Italian food. Daniel and Kevin took great care of us and the food we had was good, just not what we expected.

   Our waitress (Val) was prompt, courteous and personable. The food was delicious and came out promptly. Great experience.

   Sat at table for 15 minutes without a server coming to table. Restraunt was not busy, there was no excuse for such poor service. We left and told the hostess who sat us no server had come to the table. We spend several weeks here each year and will not return.

   Our reservation was for 6p. By 6:09p we not only had our drinks but also our meal. We had bistro portions which were a perfect size. The food was hot & tasty. The bread was really good! The bread came out with our meal. It would have been nice to have the bread before our meal but otherwise no complaints. Our server, Val, was pleasant & checked on us frequently.

    Food was delicious and ambience was nice. We were seated promptly and served quickly. Food came out in perfectly separated increments and at perfect temperatures. Our server was wonderful and was sure to get us anything we ended in a timely fashion. Food portions are a good size but some options are offered in smaller portions. Kids menu is as delicious as the adult menu! Our second time here and the food was as delicious as the first time. Would highly recommend!
