   Amazing food and service at Victoria’s! We celebrated my Birthday by having an extraordinary dinner and desert . Our Server was exceptional and very attentive to our needs. The famous Caesar salad was delicious with crisp croutons and chunks of warm ham on top and the beef tenderloin simply melt in your mouth amazing! We will definitely come back to enjoy again!

   Went with friends for my birthday dinner. Staff went above and beyond to make my day special. Delicious food. We had steaks and the seafood tower. Highly recommended.

   From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The food was outstanding, but the service and experience stole the show. We were welcomed with a handwritten note—a thoughtful touch that made us feel like more than just another table. Leah, Taylor, Nicole, and Brenden at the bar worked seamlessly together, ensuring we were well taken care of. Our server, Leah, was incredible—checking in at the right times, keeping drinks topped up, and never making us feel rushed. The pacing was perfect, allowing us to relax, talk, and enjoy every course. We started with Steak Tartare, packed with bold flavors, and the Beet & Charred Citrus Salad, where the burrata added perfect creaminess. The Maryland Style Crab Cakes were some of the best we’ve had—crispy outside, pure crab inside, with a light citrus remoulade. Then came Wagyu D’or Bone Marrow—rich, buttery, and flavorful, with short rib so tender it fell apart. The mix of confit onions, taleggio cheese, and truffle took it over the top. For the main, we had Japanese A5 Wagyu, one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The marbling melted like butter, and the deep, rich flavor needed no seasoning. A must-try for any steak lover. For sides, Risotto Milanese was creamy with just the right touch of saffron, and Confit Carrots with brown butter and maple were fantastic, with a smoked almond crumble for crunch. Though we were full, dessert was a must. Sticky Toffee Pudding was warm, soft, and drenched in unreal caramel sauce. Cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced. After dinner, we got a tour of the kitchen—something I’ve never experienced in Hamilton. It was spotless, and you could feel the staff’s passion. Victoria’s Steakhouse isn’t just about great food—it’s about the experience. The service, attention to detail, and hospitality make it truly special. If you want a top-tier meal, this is the place. Easily one of the best nights out we’ve had in years!

   I have enjoyed the restaurant many times before and each time expectations were exceeded in service, food, attention and as usual the event is always memorable.

   Generally we have had a very good dining experience at Victoria's. A combination of things may have contributed to a lesser experience last night 1) last night the venue seemed understaffed for the size of the crowd. this resulted in staff being rearranged mid order and as such disrupted continuity for some customers. There was confusion among some staff. In our case, it resulted in missed drink orders as well as a later dinner service. 2) the crowd in the main dining area was loud. We could not carry on a conversation. To their credit, management (or staff) recognized that their was a problem in service and made attempts to rectify issues, but it was late in the dining cycle.

    Amazing food and service. The ribeye was easily the best steak I’ve ever had and the mashed potatoes were so silky, smooth, and flavourful.
