Our team will help you create an individualized menu (starts at $95pp), built from our selection of rustic favorites for your group up to 16 guests. We are always happy to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions/allergies, & our team does not limit your options due to party size. This is an optional experience for parties of 6-7. *Experience bookings are the first step in our large party process. Our events team will reach out within 48 hours of booking to review selections & arrange for a deposit to guarantee your table.*

NYC Restaurant Week returns this winter, and from January 16 to February 4 Vallata is celebrating with three all-out dinner courses starting at $60pp (tax & discretionary gratuity are additional). Full a la carte dinner service will be available on Saturday nights (& by request) during these weeks.
