We went to Union New American for a work luncheon to celebrate a birthday. Tommy our waiter was outstanding. He went above and beyond for us with his service. The food was incredible. I can't wait to come back soon for dinner.

Music was way too loud turning conversations into a shouting match and some of the food was just okay, especially given the price. Service was great.

Here’s a positive feedback example for the restaurant and the manager Alina: From start to finish, our experience at this restaurant was absolutely outstanding, thanks in large part to the incredible efforts of Alina, the manager. From the moment we called to book our table, Alina went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food was excellent, and the service was impeccable, but what truly stood out was Alina’s attentiveness and dedication. We had some last-minute changes to our party, and Alina handled them seamlessly, making sure everything was accommodated without any stress on our end. She checked in with us periodically throughout our time at the restaurant, and even before we arrived, she was in touch to confirm all the details. This was more than just dining out – it was a memorable experience, all thanks to Alina and the fantastic team she leads. Highly recommend this restaurant.

One of our guests complained that the snapper was tough. Others were good. As always, overall Union lived up to our expectations.

Every time I go to Union I’m more and more amazed at the quality of food and the level of service I receive. I’ve taken several customers multiple times and they’re all highly impressed with the entire staff. Casey Alfonso introduced us to many different small plates. All were not only unique but extremely delicious! Casey has proven to be extremely skilled in his culinary profession. Union is definitely my go to place! Great job to all!!

Always a vibe, make a reservation and by pass for the Bar love it. Bar staff amazing, had one of the best Old fashioned I’ve had out in a long time. Food amazing, came out hot presentation first class, this place is always on the return list Also my bartenders was absolutely amazing, my deepest apologies I cannot remember thier name but the ladies were great and also bourbon and whiskey enthusiast!!

We’ve dined at Union many times but lately our experience has been unacceptable for a fine dining restaurant. We had a reservation at 7pm for 4 people and we didn’t get seated until 8pm. We had a babysitter to get back to so we had to rush through dinner. We got an appetizer comped on our bill but a manager never came over to apologize or try to make it right. At our last visit before this one we waited 45min for a crispy rice appetizer at the bar and watched multiple people seated next to us at the bar receive their crispy rice appetizers. It was laughable. Something is not working with the management right now.
