Located on the waterfront in bustling Camana Bay, Union offers Cayman's finest selection of fresh fish and seafood, Angus steaks, grill classics, as well as a dedicated vegan menu. Union is a classic, lively bistro with a sophisticated flair. We source the finest quality Angus from the USA and grass-fed Angus cuts from New Zealand, as well as local line-caught snapper, tuna, wahoo and lobster.

Union is proud to announce that it won 'Best Restaurant' in The Cayman Islands at the 2022 Travel & Hospitality Awards in London, and has been nominated for 'Best Restaurant' in the 2024 World Culinary Awards.

Union also runs regular music nights with live jazz (Thurs), soul & blues (Sat and Sun), as well as our famous Cocktail Masterclass (Thurs/Fri/Sat).

Wow! Beautiful restaurant. Service was spectacular all around from check in, during the meal … through and through. Cocktails, mock tails and wine were divine. Truffle pate appetizer, wagu burger, scallop risotto, steak and desserts were all delicious. Our favorite meal on Cayman so far! Comfortable atmosphere and our server made excellent recommendations. Don’t miss this spot!

Hostess is so sweet, accommodating and kind. We did have a bday celebration but the restaurant did not do anything special. The ambience while seated outside is fantastic. The food was more on the bland side if it was not for the scrumptious sauces. You do need to pay extra for drawn butter for your lobster. These are not lobsters from Maine. The lobster mac & cheese could be better. The rack of lamb is not a full rack, it is just 4 pieces but enough and filling. The Salmon was scrumptious, well cooked and not dry. Good flavor paired with butterbeans. All in all, I would go back and try other dishes. The cocktails are fantastic!!!

My wife and I absolutely love this restaurant in Grand Cayman. Food was delicious. Service was impeccable, and our interactions with the owner made our meal seem very special. If you’re looking for a great steak or fresh cut a fish we highly recommend this place.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this deserved it. My wife had the filet with mushroom sauce and it was amazing. I had the snapper and again, amazing. Would rate a 10/10. Staff was fantastic. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Banana pudding was more of banana bread with ice cream but was so incredibly delicious.

Very nice atmosphere and food is very good. It was pricey so you would have expected a basket of bread and butter but that is not the case. We went to celebrate a Big Birthday and there was not even a candle on the dessert we ordered. Not the place for a celebration.

Best advice here appears to be “get there early.” There were 3 different ribeyes on the menu: all were gone by 830. These were regular menu items. Being out of fresh seafood is one thing, but steaks on the regular menu? The restaurant was otherwise lovely and the food was very good.

On an incredibly busy night the Dry Aged and Cow-Girl can sell out -its very rare but withy 8 steaks on the menu every night there is still always a great choice. We absolutely loved our experience at Union Grill & Bar. The food was delicious. We ordered the lobster pasta and the chicken marsala, as well as the garlic shrimp appetizer. The presentation was appealing; tempting you to dig right in. The service was top notch. Our hostess (I think she was the hostess) was so sweet and accommodating. She really made us feel welcome. Our waiter was wonderful as well. He was very professional and pleasant. The outdoor atmosphere was very nice. There was a great breeze and an overall great vibe. I would highly recommend Union Grill & Bar. I would definitely return as we really enjoyed our night out here.
