We’ve been here many times before. The food is always amazing and the service and staff wonderful! However, on this occasion, there were issues in the kitchen and, we were stuck at the hostess desk, behind an irate women who was clearly inebriated, loud and obnoxious - stating out loud, “I’m ready to shake a b*tch”. I thought they’d put her out, but they seated her anyhow. So, not such a pleasant experience. Our reservation was at 6, we were seated about 6:10. It took a while for our waitress Dana to come. We noticed that our drink took about 20-25 mins to get to our table (we were seated outside the main dining area). A manager brought a kitchen staff employee out to talk with him. We thought this is odd… we ordered everything at once noting that food was coming out slow. We got our food at 7:25pm. The irate lady, you guessed it, was seated 2 booths behind us, so as we were eating she was shouting for the manager. Naturally everyone was turned round to listen to what was about to happen next. My burger and our daughters chicken sandwich came out great, but my husbands $44 Jack pot plate was luke warm… our waitress stopped by a couple times to apologize for the wait. As irate lady is leaving, the lady bussing tables comes over and tells us that the kitchen had a “set back”. The manager came by and apologized for the timing and for irate lady’s behavior. He gave us a few $10 Jack bucks for next time, and gave us a brownie Sunday on the house. Tis the season I guess? Again, always great food and service, I think it was just an odd, off night for them.

Love this place. We had our annual Christmas dinner date out. We sat in the outside patio, which is covered and heated in the winter. The temp was super hot at first but they turned it down a smidge and it was nice. But every time those overhead heaters turned on, your head was getting burned. Service was excellent and the steaks potatoes and "Corngasm casserole" was superb. The wedge salad was our fav starter. A bit pricey but we got away from the kids, right? 😁

Awesome experience. Took my kids because they wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Everyone enjoyed the food. The bacon is the best with both of the sauces. My son and I had the steak sandwich with fries and we agreed it was really good, my other son had the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich and he said it was very good. They even gave me a free dessert for my birthday which was very unexpected but very nice. My son (who said he was full), ate about 90% of the brownie with ice cream dessert. He says it was incredible. Awesome meal all around. Service was great.

Service was not acceptable, when I arrived I told my server I was on a date to ensure we have some quite time together but he was still rushing us the whole time we were there.

Food was good, just find it overall to be very expensive for what you get. The added service charges (2.9% min fee?!? And management charges for large parties - 10%!) are super annoying too! Not sure I’ll rush back..
