    Food was good, however service was very bad. The main waiter (possibly the manager) took our order, I knew as soon as he wasn’t writing it down he would forget stuff, said and done, he forgot 2 starters. We didn’t bother asking for it as they brought the main. All night had to chase waiters, when requesting extra drinks they seemed to always be confused you wanted extra or had they forgotten,no tables cleared despite an abundance of waiters around. The decor on pics looks good but in reality the floor paint is peeling off and makes the place look tired already (just strip it to the nice wood underneath). The food was tasty.

    Easy to book. A very warm reception by friendly staff. An extensive drink and food menu. Excellent service of high quality food and drink. A great atmosphere throughout. Well done Turkuaz.

    Food was excellent, but had to get up and find a waiter for more drinks, would have had more drinks after those but couldn't find a waiter. Wasn't asked if we wanted desserts and left the dinner plates on the table until we paid. Good food, fair pricing and nice venue, poor service let's it down.

    Really friendly staff and a classy looking restaurant.. Extensive menu and all very tasty. There were four of us and we were served attentively and efficiently. Great place to eat before we went to the cinema. Will return and recommend.

    We turned up on a very busy Saturday evening. The fact that we had made a reservation seemed irrelevant, but they found us a table pretty quickly. Unfortunately, it was very close to a speaker from which far too loud music was played. I suppose that we could have asked to be moved, but we weren't sure that it would have been any quieter elsewhere. Having said that, the service was excellent, despite a hiatus between starters and main course, and the food was pretty good. Not sure if we shall go again because the music really was deafening; maybe it's a bit quieter on weekdays.

    Food was great. However the service wasn’t the best. We didn’t get our drinks until we had nearly finished our starter. No- one came round to ask if we wanted any further drinks. It was very busy but It seemed very chaotic. It’s the second time we’ve been and we had no problems the first time hence why we went back. The manager did ask how everything was and without prompting did say the service wasn’t great. We did still leave a tip as the food is so good. It does put you off going back, which is such a shame as it’s a great place with lovely food and great ambiance.

    Outstanding experience ⭐️ We booked a table for 17:00 The best time as there were not so many people in. All the business starts at around 19:00 So we have our quieter family time together with kids and we can talk and laugh without all the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant. Which was extremely busy by the time we were leaving. Food is delicious and the best review is from a non lamb eater who tried the lamb and said wow 🤩 if you didn’t talk me it’s a lamb I would not know as it usually has that distinguished smell. I am not sure if it was a halal meat or the cook who did great job with all those dishes. Ambiance just perfect, dimmed lighting, table lights that you can adjust to your liking, table ready and set for the guests. All pre booked. Staff so attentive and a lot of waiters as its super busy restaurant. When we were leaving there was so many people we have to wait for a it to pay (which we don’t mind) as all the people in the restaurant decided to order at that moment 😂 We have a great laugh (when paying) with the master waiter/supervisor/manager (not sure who he is in the restaurant but he takes the money 😂 ). Apparently he eat all the baklava from the desert menu so we have to try other desserts and need to get back for the baklava. So please keep him away from the baklava. It’s the best desert that you must have after a meal follow by Turkish coffee or tea. We have ordered the shared plates as starters and main which shops feed 3-4 people. We were 4 adults and 2 teens (15-14) and a baby. And we have no space in our bellies for deserts. Of course there were loads of drinks and Mocktails which I blame for. But we have managed few cakes too. Next time we will not eat for a week to order that dish again! 😂 Kids checked the alcoholic drinks online (of course they can only look, no drink) and they are fabulous art! Moctails were fantastic I recommend the Pinacolada on ice no frozen. And that also the beauty of this restaurant they listen. ❤

    Saturday evening busy as you’d expect Booked a table , was confirmed… admittedly arrived 18 mins late table was gone staff were unapologetic, the response I got Sat night is a busy night and policy is to keep table for 10 mins only … asked me to wait with my family for 30 mins may be longer depending . So I left Can’t comment on service or food though I am sure others may have found it lovely but overall my experience was rubbish…. So thanks for nothing

    Although the food is good we went on a Friday night where there was a belly dancer. It would have been nice to be able to eat our food in peace before the loud music came on and people dancing around us. We weren’t able to converse after this. Our table was an early booking at 7.30pm. It would be better if the entertainment was later to allow those that want enjoy that can and let us who want to watch and chat be able to do that.
