4 tables were occupied when I arrived. I placed my order. I watched tables being sat around me and waiting so long for a server they left. As the restaurant began to fill I noticed multiple tables receiving food that arrived after me. I call the server over to enquire oh they must not of received my order in the kitchen. After 30 more minutes my order was missing ingredients and was sent back. Parts of my order was cold. Then they attempted to charge me full price. After talking to the manager the did comp the order.

1.5 hours after arrival. No food. 2.5 hours later they still had bread and salad. No meal. For Valentines Day. And then when left the valet brought the wrong car. #epicfail

If you drive will require valet service. If you walk there is an odd pedestrian entrance that is a nondescript metal door and then 3 flights of stairs to a courtyard. No signs to the restaurant - found it finally. There were 2-3 tables occupied at any point. We ordered the fish if the day, grouper which was served ala carte. It was good, maybe a bit overcooked and definitely overpriced. Service was efficient and not obtrusive. We were told the whole facility had been renovated so it had a newness feel. We were staying next door so it was convenient. Serviceable but not special.

Extremely poor service. Very disorganized and slow restaurant with disoriented staff. Waiter tried to compensate with bill but no way to celebrate a birthday at a nice restaurant.

Elegant building wi/ most inviting, relaxing/unhurried restaurant ambiance and ocean view; polite, courteous professional staff (who were still learning about the restaurant menu,& uncertain about whether listed wine selections were available.) Our First choice ( Chateauneuf du pape)not available; 2nd choice, CASTELLO BANFI BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO 2017, listed at $400.00/bottle-REALLY- not available (after 25 minutes of searching for the selection); so we settled on the available bottle of the 2019 Banfi Brunello de Montalcino, for 10% less @ ~$360.00( did I mention that retails for ~ $70.00/bottle?) Nevertheless, thereafter the dinner went smoothly, w/ EXCELLENTLY prepared and presented meals( scallops, short ribs, airliner chicken). We are very pleased w/ the overall experience; but will not likely return for dinner , mostly because of the outrageous wine mark-up.
