Once again Truluck’s proved to be the #1 restaurant in Chicagoland. Everything was top notch as always. Our server, Andrew, is the best! You need to ask for him. The GM, Blake, will make you feel like you’re the only one in the restaurant. The Truluck’s dining experience is like no other.

Our server Francine was excellent. She was friendly, informative, and attentive. The lighted menus are genius. All of us enjoyed our meals immensely. Favorites were the calamari appetizer, lamb chop entree, and carrot cake dessert. I’m looking forward to dining there again in the near future. Maybe experience their filet mignon flight or indulge in the tomahawk paired with a wonderful wine from their extensive list.

Our third time at Truluck's and once again the experience was great. Food and service could not have been better and, as before, the Truluck's team makes the celebration of an occasion easy and special. Our only reservation (in addition to the noise level) is that this is a very pricey restaurant, exacerbated by the fact that everything is ala carte.

We had a wonderful night at Trulucks!!! Everything was phenomenal from our delightful waiter to the valet driver! The food was sooo wonderful!! And my friends had an incredible bonus baked Alaska for her birthday dessert!! It was a wonderful night! We can't wait to go back!!

I had high expectations for this restaurant. 5 of us ordered and ate including ordering from their specialty cocktail menu. Unfortunately it fell very short. The server was outstanding I want to be very clear this review has nothing to do with service because they were spot on. The food was subpar. The sea bass which they are known for was very fishy. I did not finish my meal because it was not right. I have ordered sea bass 1,000 times in my lifetime and have cooked it in my own kitchen. I know how it smells and tastes. I love sea bass. The “prime filet” was not prime did not melt in your mouth did have fatty pieces. We ordered calamari, shrimp cocktail, meatball and crab cake appetizer… multiple tried the filet trio with side of lobster tail. This would not be a restaurant our group would recommend. You can’t pretend to be high end. You either are or an imposter charging ridiculous $$. I love food, my team loves good food. We have had the opportunity and are fortunate, blessed to be able to experience good food and service. This restaurant is cutting corners with their food grades. Don’t waste your money to go there.
