Amazing quiet location. Great food. Super attentive staff . Gave us a tour of facility. We rebooked for our son’s birthday next month. Cocktails are superb!!

We came to celebrate my partners birthday and it was great! The food was lavish yet simple and expertly prepared. The service was attentive and professional and many astute recommendations were given and accepted! The room is a jewel and feels expansive and cosy at the same time.

Our server Catherine was amazing! Shortly after being seated, she asked me of my food allergies- to which she took the time to ask clarifying questions, listened and would go check with kitchen and come back with more questions. Alterations were made to all the dishes I was having. I felt heard and feel that the staff went above and beyond to give my partner and I an amazing experience. Every dish was wonderfully delicious- especially the steelhead trout!! Pure heavenly! Thank you so much for making our experience the best one yet! Will definitely be back

Lovely restaurant With excellent service. Interesting location in that it gets one out of the city and no concerns about finding or paying for parking. Beautifully designed and decorated.

Food was excellent. Tried their clover club cocktail, which was a treat. Our waitress, Audrey, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back

First visit to True Wild and it won't be our last! Ordered the beef tartare, fennel salad, beef tallow fries and steelhead trout. Everything was delicious, though the butter sauce on the already rich/oily fish was verging on too greasy for my liking. Service was friendly and informative, we enjoyed chatting with Brett (?) behind the bar and sampling some of the whiskeys they're distilling in-house. A warm, inviting and interesting space with great food and cocktails. Thanks for a lovely night!

Our first visit to True Wild Distilling surpassed our expectations. We went a little earlier in the evening hoping to enjoy some drinks and appetizers and got to do just that! Even as more people arrived it was still quiet and enjoyable. We loved all of the drinks and the food. Some standouts for us were the plate of pickles, whiskey sour, the striploin and the service. Overall highly recommend coming here for a date night or night out with friends!

Wonderful dining experience at True Wild. The food is amazing. The craft cocktails are delicious and the building and decor were on point. The still is a work of art as well.

My second time at this venue. I really enjoyed my first visit as our table was on the ground floor., we had a very good server/bartender and food came in a timely manner and was hot. Last night we sat upstairs and our service was very slow and our food was cold. We decided to uber and drink as I’ve bragged about the cocktails here. Last night we stopped at one drink as it took so long to. Beautiful hirstoric building. It’s new so I’m sure they’re are smoothing out the kinks as they go.
