True Food Kitchen was founded in 2008 by Dr. Andrew Weil, world renowned Doctor of integrated medicine and creator of the anti-inflammatory food pyramid, with one simple purpose – to create a restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks without compromising on taste for health, or health for taste.     Victor was very attentive but there were some problems with our meals. There were eight of us and one friend ordered avocado toast, and it was so hard, it was like a rock and could not be eaten easily. Another friend ordered an item off the brunch menu and was brought scrambled eggs by mistake instead, so that had to be sent back and remade. My toast came without butter so that had to be requested. It was overall good but quite a few issues.

    Always an amazing dining experience and Maria the server and hostess are true professionals. Maria recommended the Grass Fed Tendorlin steak and it's absolutely delicious; the sides, are amazing as well.

    Food is always great - one of my favorite restaurants. The last couple of times I have gone the service has been quite slow. I think they need more servers.

    Our first time dining at True Food Kitchen. A very positive experience and casual. Food was fresh and excellent. Recommend the Wild Tuna Tataki and Rainbow Trout. Such a varied menu it was hard to decide what to eat. A $15 wine corkage fee allowed us to bring our own wine - a plus.

    Remi is outstanding and has been my go to server since I have been coming here. Very attentive, great recommendation, super friendly, and one of the best at true foods. Plenty of options for all whatever your food lifestyle is. Clean, healthy ingredients. I’m a follower of Dr Weil, so I know the food comes from great sources. Kudos for upping the game with no more see oils. Always come back. Great happy hours during the week. Hopefully can extend hours to 7 pm.
