We’ve been regular visitors to True Kitchen for its amazing food, but recently, the service quality has noticeably declined. During our visit today, we specifically requested a gluten-free and lactose-free pizza. While the server acknowledged this, they failed to mention the pizza was extremely spicy—an important detail given our dietary restrictions. We had to order an another pizza, with no compensation offered as she acknowledged we can’t eat it due it is super spiciness. To make matters worse, the server brought the check without asking, didn’t even bothered if we wanted dessert, making the experience feel rushed and dismissive. friendly, attentive service we once enjoyed seems to be missing. While the food is still excellent.

The food is excellent and so many healthy options for everyone. It’s a bit pricey for lunch and service was nothing to write home about. Coffee was lukewarm and had to wait to get cream and by the time it got there coffee was cold. Food was also on the lukewarm side in regard to temperature. Service was surprisingly slow considering the place was less than 50% capacity. It will be a while before we return.

Horace was our server. He was excellent and provided great service and recommendations. We had brunch on Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We had the cauliflower starter, avocado toast and scrambled egg bowl with roasted sweet potato. It was all really good. Highly recommended.

First time coming here and I was blown away!!! The food is REAL food that is highly nutritious and tasty. The ambience of this place is also really nice and fits the theme of the food being healthy, organic food. The service here was also phenomenal. Our server, Horace, was extremely helpful in deciding what to get. He was also very personable and was pleasant to chat with him.

My daughter and I decided last minute to go out to eat and we were looking for a healthy option. True Food was able to fit us in without a wait and, as a scratch kitchen, met all of our healthy option needs. This might be our new FAVORITE place!

Service is great. Restaurant is noisy. Appetizers are great but small portions. Taste of food is excellent.
