   The main dining room is just a treasure for those of us who remember it as a place where we did our post office business. Great restoration! The back office transformed into a great bar and lounge - terrific. Great jazz trio music there on occasion. Food is very good. Liked the duck. The downstairs bar is good, but not what the old Triumph brew pub was. Go!

   Triumph in Princeton was a wonderful dining experience. Unusual menu selection which were all very tasty. The duck and pistachio terrine appetizer was delicious. The grilled appetizer was to die for. Our entrees- Rabbit Wellington had a light pastry and was delicious. the grilled New York steak was phenomenal. We ended with banana bread pudding and apple tahini galette that melted in your mouth.

   This restaurant es a transplant from a smaller one to the beautifully renovated former main post office in Princeton. It has a downstairs like the old place and an upstairs which is very upscale. The food and service was impeccable.upstairs where we ate. The style is varied [they had a lot of rabbit dishes I didn't try] but the dishes we had were excellent. Understandedly it isn't cheap. We will be going back;

   We had a lovely experience. So nice to have professional service, waiters and bar staff that clearly love their jobs. Food was amazing with the exception of dessert. Not that it was bad, just wasn’t the quality of the rest of the meal. Skip dessert and have another appetiser.

   Four of us had an excellent meal in the stunning restaurant, complete with restored WPA mural and original tile floor. The menu is creative, and beautifully prepared and presented. Service was outstanding! So happy to have a new quality restaurant in downtown Princeton! PS: Would have liked more than one vegetarian entree.

   Triumph has been beautifully renovated into a welcoming, but sophisticated trendy atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. Great vibes and great decor of preserving the historical aspects of the post office and mural about with a modern flare. Service and weight staff were excellent and couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly from the moment you walk in until you leave. I thought the food was just OK. Good but nothing great. We had the mushroom baklava which is Creative flavorful and very well executed. The short ribs were good and tender and the filet mignon was also good. It just wasn’t great. We will go back again and try other entrees. Overall great looking restaurant and great cocktails

   This is a review for dining upstairs. We were seated immediately upon arrival on a Tuesday at 7:15pm. The service and food were excellent. We were greeted at our table quickly, offered water, and provided menus. Soon after that, our drink orders were taken. Our appetizer and dinner orders were taken upon receipt of our drinks. The plates and utensils were replaced for every course of the meal. While the water glasses on the table were small, the staff was very attentive to keeping them full. The area in which we were seated had several other full tables, but I didn't find it to be loud or disruptive to our own table conversation. The lighting was low, with a tea light at each table, but I was still able to read the menu without issue. Overall it was an excellent dining experience for a date night. We will return.

    Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great service, food and ambience. Brew pub downstairs also looks like a great time. Great place to bring people for a surprisingly unique dining experience.
