Our Trio Tasting Menu is a offered daily Tuesday through Saturday. The Trio Tasting Menu allows you the chance to experience many of the menu items we offer daily in a wonderful, relaxed way. Chef Kyle & his team build flavours & textures to please the palate. Benoit provides exceptional & unique wine pairings, for an additional $70/$85 per guest, from around the world. Tasting nights are designed to give the kitchen team the space & opportunity to experiment with new dishes intended for the regular menu & tasting menu. We regret substitutions are not available on Tasting Tuesdays. This 4-course menu will allow you to enjoy our Tasting menu at a lower cost but certainly not a lower quality!

French cuisine is often painted with the same brush, but like French art, the cuisine is regional, varied and diverse. The southwest of France draws inspiration from its seaside access, its rich wine heritage, the pastoral farms and some of the unique aspects of basque culture. Join us for an evening exploring this unique French region and let Benoît share the bounty of his homeland. 4 courses / 4 wines. Unfortunately substitutions are not available on Theme nights.
