Beim Trestle erinnert man sich an gar nicht so lang vergangene Zeiten, wo man sich die Zeit nahm, zusammen mit anderen eine Mahlzeit zu genießen und ihr den Respekt und die Achtung zu zollen, die gutes Essen verdient. Das Restaurant bietet ein kulinarisches Erlebnis in mehreren Gängen in der familiären und warmen Atmosphäre eines Familientreffens. Das täglich wechselndes Menü zum Festpreis besteht aus 3 Gängen mit verschiedenen Wahlmöglichkeiten bei jedem Gang für USD 35 pro person. Zusätzlich bietet das Restaurant ein Pastagericht zur Auswahl für USD 10 pro Person. Die Speisekarte für den nächsten Tag wird jeden Abend um Mitternacht auf der Website des Restaurants geposted.     Love the prix fixe menu, the little gem salad was wonderful, the optional truffle risotto was very good though the mignonette was a bit strong. The bistro steak was well seasoned and enjoyable. The deconstructed carrot cake was absolutely fantastic with a whipped fromage blanc, crispy parsnips and candied walnuts. Would love to have it again. Overall great experience. Be warned it can get really hot inside because of the small space and many tables

    Overall aesthetic was charming, with large flower arrangements and modern lighting and color scheme. However, the space was crammed, and the music (overplayed classic rock hits in this instance) made it even harder to have a conversation with the person right across the table. The food was fair, a bit too rich but reasonably tasty. Nothing too original or impressive here. The "mocktail" I ordered was not mixed; it was brought out in a can and tasted like a juice box. The bread we ordered came out to the wrong table and sat there, even when our confused neighbors were explaining that they didn't order the bread and we were waiving our hands right next to the server to get their attention that we had ordered it. After being ignored, we ordered it again, and it came out burnt. We didn't seem to have one server, just a barrage of people showing up at various times to try to figure out how they could help; they were all quite friendly. Mandatory 20% tip for all parties, which I think I'd be more agreeable to if it didn't feel like a new restaurant clumsily figuring it out. A bit disappointed with the experience and hope they can iron out some of these wrinkles.

    All of the menu items were delicious. The selections were cooked to perfection. Our waiter S. was very kind and accommodating. And the rest of the wait staff was attentive and friendly as well as the maitre d'. Reliable is a word that comes to mind for Trestle. Even as the menu changes the quality always leaves us very impressed and satisfied.

    Wonderful food, presented in meticulousness style, more commonly seen in more expensive restaurants. Great service. Great value for level of food and service

    Food was delicious, but strangely not hot enough. Ambiance was beautiful, wine superb, dessert to die for!

    Innovative courses. They forgot to give us the second pasta course before serving the entree. The server removed the entree and we waited a long time for the second course. Then again waited for the entree. No apologies from management until they were made aware of the situation upon our leaving. Service is part of the experience. The fish entree was mix reviews from us. The fish was excellent but the sauce had a very strong fish taste. The Risotto was very salty as well. We will not be returning

    We loved the idea of an affordable prix fixe meal and Trestle didn't disappoint. However, when you add up the drinks, the pasta extra, the service charges, it turns out it's not quite the bargain you might have thought. Still, the food was excellent and inventive and the staff was super competent and gracious. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. The only draw back was the noise level, which seriously dampened any chance of conversation. More a young persons venue.
