Our server Michelle gave a lot of suggestions on the food menu and they were all great. We had ossobuco and grouper: outstanding! The polenta that comes with the ossobuco has a lot of flavor and the meat very tender. Start with fritto misto and beef carpaccio!!!

Truthfully; the server was nice but wasn’t around to check on us as much, the food was alright, the drinks were a bit too sweet for us and overall the ambience was a bit uncomfortable. I appreciated the server and the managers attempts to make it up to us which made the experience a bit better !

It’s part of the Hilton Hotel. The tables and booths are too large to have any feeling of intimacy. Good for a corporate outing but not a great date venue.

Trabucco was an AMAZINGGGGG EXPERIENCE!! We are staying at the Hilton Resort and decided to stay on site for dinner AND IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF OUR TRIP!! We are 100% GLUTEN FREE and we were treated awesomely!! Our server Jackie was very knowledgeable, made sure everything could be prepared ahead of time to prevent cross contamination and it was all perfect!! 5 STAR CHEFS & 5 STAR SERVICE!! We are going to dinner here again tonight it was that good!! -Matt Christ-

I was so disappointed with my dinner. I sat in the "lounge" area and the bartender who waited the tables in this area was excellent. However, the food runners leave little to be desired for their lack of attention when delivering a dish. I started with the Trabucco salad and after waiting for over 7 minutes for someone to bring me utensils, I was finally able to try it. Presentation was excellent along with a proper ratio of lettuce blends, cheese and dressing. I will say the dressing, although light, was extremely salty. For my main course, I ordered the Gianelli shrimp. The bartender who took my order repeated correctly back to me what I had ordered. When my food came, it was not the correct dish, which happens not a big deal. They took the dish back, made the correct one that I originally ordered in a timely fashion. The menu states gulf shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, garlic, basil, and pecorino. While the dish had decent flavor for the most part, it was definitely not gulf shrimp or heirloom tomatoes, Nor did they use fresh basil, and to add the pasta was clumped together. So many missed opportunities with this dish. I am deeply disappointed for the amount of money paid for both dishes and nowhere near the quality it should have been.

The food was delicious. We ate shrimp with pasta. For appetizers we had fried calamari. The dessert was the limoncello cake. Very modern and different presentation. Our waitress was excellent. We had the menu from the magical dining which was 40.00 a person.

We went for the magical dining experience and everything so was delicious! Our waitress Stacy went above and.beyond . I have to say she had to be the sweetest and most informative waitress we’ve ever had. Thanks for a wonderful evening 😃

Beautiful hidden gem for locals and tourists alike. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. The restaurant was beautiful and the music was the perfect volume. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back.
