Tomkat is the wine bar with food service in the city center of Lucca, in Tuscany (Italy). Tomkat’s unique and exclusive wine list focuses on the main Italian and French wine regions. Italy is represented at its full potential by the most important producers from Piedmont and Tuscany, with particular attention to the great Italian red wines, also available in old and rare vintages. Tomkat’s modern and international cuisine begins from solid Italian roots that blend with interesting Spanish influences, giving life to an original, dynamic and always functional food proposal that favorably accompanies the wine universe. Siamo stati per cena e torneremo sicuramente, interessante da provare anche l’aperitivo o dopo cena come opzione alternativa al solito drink. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare una serata unica in centro a Lucca in un’atmosfera al tempo stesso informale ed esclusiva.

Locale davvero molto bello e dal respiro internazionale, design moderno e innovativo, pavimento spettacolare e adeguatamente smorzato dagli altri elementi decorativi più plain e minimali. La wine list è eccellente, una selezione di vini davvero unica ed esclusiva, i migliori vini francesi e italiani (anche annate e sboccature vecchie) a prezzi interessanti. Sono tantissime le chicche per gli appassionati. La proposta food è semplicemente perfetta, ottima qualità della materia prima che viene trattata in maniera semplice e naturale al fine di esaltarla al meglio. Grande attenzione al dettaglio, apprezzatissima anche la playlist di musica internazionale anni 80 che concorre alla creazione di un'atmosfera piacevolissima e rilassata. Questo locale è veramente una gemma per gli amanti del vino e non solo, oltre a rappresentare una significativa novità per la città di Lucca.
