   From the moment we stepped into TLV Tapas, we knew we were in for a treat. This restaurant truly shines, offering a delightful dining experience that exceeded all expectations. The service was nothing short of impeccable. Our server, Lila was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help guide us through the menu.For a question she was unsure of, she promptly got us an answer. The timing of each course was perfect, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I would only suggest making sure that drinks hit the table before food. Timing is key, so maybe placing the order for drinks 3 mins before the apps will help. And oh, the food! Every single tapa we ordered was a done really well. The ingredients were fresh and vibrant, and the flavors were expertly balanced. Each dish was prepared to perfection, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Only our rib pasta needed some salt, which is easy to fix. And to finish, the Flourless Dubai Chocolate Cake with Knafe and Pistachio Cream was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. In summary, TLV Tapas is a culinary gem. The combination of delicious food, impeccable service, and a charming atmosphere makes it a must-visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a truly exceptional dining experience. We can't wait to return!

   Food, drinks, service, ambience all FANTASTIC. Celebrated a birthday with a table in the vip room. First timers and will be back.

   My husband is from Mexico and I’m from El Salvador, but we decided to try something different tonight, and I have to say the food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was amazing too—great service all around

   We had a wonderful experience and I would return again and again. Just know that the sushi availability in limited until the sushi station is set up so for earlier reservations you may not be able to order any until later.

   We loved our experience! We were two couples and heard this restaurant was fantastic-and it definitely lived up to the hype! The space is gorgeous, and had nice mood lighting, but it wasn’t so dark I couldn’t read my menu. Since it’s all meant to share, our party ordered plates from all the different menu categories (except for sushi, which wasn’t available yet, since we came earlier in the evening). Everything was delicious, but we were a bit surprised at the size of the fish selection (a bit on the small side to share). The drinks were also amazing-seems they have invested heavily in their beverage program. There were many parties celebrating birthdays and there was a very festive atmosphere in the restaurant. We had a GREAT time! I also wanted to note that for those sensitive to noise, there was music, but it wasn’t loud until 8:30 pm, when a DJ started, and that’s about when we left. We will definitely return!

   Our third time there - all for special occasions. Three diners. The Jerusalem bagel, which is a lot of fun in its own right, is a must with dips and salads. We used it to sop up the zaaluk - very nice-sized portions of roasted eggplant and red pepper dips. Very tasty. The bagel also went well with the little gem salad, which was a very generous and delicious portion. Very fresh tasting. We used the dips as accompaniments to the arais, which were delightfully different from typical eastern Mediterranean food, and a treat. Our main was the short rib pasta. Excellent - meat fork tender, noodles al dente, just enough tasty sauce to coat everything. We split a Night in Beirut orange infused semolina cake with non-dairy whipped cream - wonderful. We like the cocktails here - the Zohar (a take on an Old Fashioned), the Turkish Coffee Martini, and the Pardes were all excellent. The wine list is sufficient and not overpriced with decent pours. Our Sancerre Rose did not have much body or flavor, but the superb Medoc went perfectly with all our dinner items. We highly recommend TLV Tapas. We'll be back.

    Amazing food fun party atmosphere! Israeli music great drinks dance around your table this place is the best valley night out!
