Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is where a casual atmosphere meets an upscale environment in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Centrally located to 7 world-class ski resorts in Silverthorne, Colorado, Timberline Craft Kitchen features a Colorado-sourced, global inspired cuisine with everyday brunch, dinner and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-5. The bar menu features rotating Colorado craft beer, domestic and import wines and our specialty-handcrafted cocktails, all in a lively social atmosphere! Excellent service, our server explained that many of their menu items are Colorado based, local providers. The food was sooo very good! We have eaten in Breckenridge and have not been impressed with the quality of food from the higher end restaurants, this place way surpasses all of those for sure! The prices are very reasonable, and good portions. Great drink menu as well. Make reservations, as this place fills up very quickly. We will be back!

After going to several restaurants in the area with just ok to terrible service, Dane was fantastic! Super focused service and attention to detail. Food was also great, and I love that they try to source locally. We will be back!

This was a hidden gem! Had i not looked on open table for restaurants i would not have known about it. Great food, amazing cocktails...we really enjoyed our dinner.

Bone marrow!!! It was delectable. Beef short ribs tender as a babies bottom and I finally found grits I like. Excellent service - a little noisy and the chairs were very hard. Would come back!

We have visited Timberline at least 3 times over the years when we have stayed in the Silverthorne area. One of the higher end restaurants in the area if you don't want to drive to Breckenridge. Decent menu, although it hasn't changed much over the years. And weirdly, the kitchen does not seem to know how to prepare marrow - we have received it cold on two separate occasions and had to send it back.

The food was blah, service was great. My issues stem from the food quality, restaurant charges and what I can only assume are ownership/managerial decisions based on making more money. First, bathrooms could have had sandpaper for toilet paper it was so rough; it was also basically see through so you had to use a bunch of it which made it worse. Most of the food we received was obviously just Sysco/US Food Services bulk food. If you are going to charge me $38 for a pasta special it should have more than 4 small shrimp and 2oz of lobster in 10 ounces of sauce and crap pasta. My "sweet potatoes" where just regular fingerling potatoes cubed into small bites with some sauce on them. My wife's Chicken Pot Pie had no pastry (basically just creamy chicken soup), and didn't even come with any type of bread. The restaurant changes you the 3% processing fee if you use a credit card (which by the way is against the mastercard/visa merchant agreement). They say it is to improve pay to their staff. I asked our server he told us point blank they make minimum tipped wages. They also charged us for a fancy burger when my daughter ordered a plain burger NOTHING on it, just meat and bun, and just deleted all the stuff off an expensive burger. Wont be back. Save your money, go anywhere else.

Absolutely incredible food. Wide range of options, amazing cocktails, just truly great food (get the shrimp and grits!) and drinks. We will absolutely come back!

Great craft cocktail!!!! It is clear that a lot of passion and care went into designing and making these custom cocktails. Comfortable environment allowing for after ski, after work, bring the kids, and a casual date where you can hear one another. Make sure to capture the happy hour during the weekdays. We will be back!
