We love this restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is so beautiful watching all the pictures change on the wall is so cool! Our server was so helpful and such a nice guy

The best Dinner I have ever had . If you like steak this is your place. The sides and Dessert were also amazing . Great atmosphere and the most friendly staff .

We were excited to finally go to this place for my wife’s birthday. The menu was a little limited with overall options. Our waiter wasn’t very friendly seemed to only wanna talk to my wife. When I asked him if There’s anything special that can be done for my wife’s birthday he laughed and said we can put a candle on whatever dessert she pics. On top of that he didn’t offer to take a pic of us. One would think that’s commonsense knowing it was a special night and my wife’s a content creator with her camera and lighting visible. We ended up getting a new waiter that picked up the slack but the first one gave us the bill. My only hope is that he didn’t receive the tip and the other waiter did. The place is has 10/10 visuals of your not stuck under the cherry blossom trees. Thats another disappointment because the place was empty and we were sat under the trees and the all visuals weren’t completely insight. I wouldn’t go back to this place.

I rarely leave anything but 5 stars- seriously ever … But the customer service at check-in was borderline rude and the fact that we were seated 45 minutes after our reservation was unacceptable. We arrived on time for our 8:30pm reservation and they said we would need to wait in the bar because all the tables were still taken. We didn’t mind that, but at 9:15pm when we asked again the hostess told us that there’s “still nothing she can do” about it… “Nothing is available”. I had to get a manager who apologized and seated us 2 minutes later. He was awesome but the experience was not the best. This level of pricing comes with typical expectations and a standard of service the restaurant did not meet. They need to work on time/staff management as well as customer service level and approach.

Had reservations but still waited over 20 minutes for table. Food was ok. Waygu Fried Rice was wet, Oysters were not cleaned properly (still had barnacles on shell), and Meatballs were bland. Overall experience was basic for such an overhyped restaurant. Also, TikTok and IG said there would be dancers and a whole experience which was not present only a DJ. I'll pass. Would not recommend.

Our server hardly came by to check on us. Unfortunately was only able to order 2 drinks while I was there. Food was okay, but the vibe was great.
