We are excited to introduce a new dining experience at The Wilde – Sunday Supper. Drawing inspiration from the British tradition of enjoying roasts with family on Sunday, our new menu will feature delicious roasted meats, grilled fish, and a grilled vegetarian option. Each meal will be complemented by perfectly paired sides and sauces, served for the table. This seasonally changing menu will be available on select Sundays. Prices are exclusive of taxes and a 20% gratuity will be applied to parties of 6 or more.

Great service makes mediocre food okay - Denise was great, we had fun with her. We signed up for the Chef's tasting menu $175 pp w/o wine - so expectations were high - we were hoping to get wowed by a Chef's dinner - instead we received a menu sampler - very underwhelming , The seven course sampling were straight off the menu - only in bitesize pieces -sugar seemed to overwhem the first three appies - Timbits filled with duck confit (or not - one of them had no duck - and the sugary tmbiit totally took away from the bland duck. The grilled scallop on one of the next courses was extremely salty and the underlying sauce left a metalic taste in our mouths. The bison was great - a dish full of wonderful flavors and textures. I might go back - but certainly not for the Chefs menu - maybe a new chef is in order?

Wilde is fine but only fine. The Sablefish was only mediocre and especially for $59, it was underwhelming. The view from the restaurant is pretty cool but if you are looking for a better restaurant with a similar view, go to Major Tom instead. That said, our server was awesome, knowledgeable, and funny.

The experience went above and beyond my expectations. I did come a little early to my reservation (half hour) and I was fortunate enough for them to have my table ready as I was expecting to enjoy the bar area. The moment I sat down mindfully recommendations as per my needs were accounted for and Marla was very welcoming and relatable making the awkward experience of waiting for your party more bearable through a fun presence. When my full party was present, the continued service and adaptable nature of the staff had ensured we were able to maximize our experience food wise. If you’re ever here I did have the best experience with the Venison, the beef entree and if you have a sweet tooth you can’t go wrong with any of their desserts but I personally enjoyed the pear dessert on their current menu. As for drinks, I do like lighter fruitier cocktails and the bar did not miss when with our bartenders choice cocktails. I did enjoy the western Sakura but I was so curious about my friends drink orders that I am considering coming back for drinks and desserts at the bar on a slower night just to explore the rest of the cocktail menu. Overall a wonderful way to spend my birthday!!

For my 27th birthday, I stepped out of my comfort zone and indulged in the 9-course Chef’s Tasting Menu at The Wilde on 27—a bold choice for someone not typically adventurous with food. Each dish was thoughtfully crafted, balancing creativity and flavour in ways that left me both surprised and delighted. It was a sensory journey that exceeded my expectations, proving that even a hesitant palate can find joy in adventurous dining when each bite tells a story. Big shout out to the amazing Chef Federico Sanchez, who gave me a delightful experience. Thank you to the Wilde Team, I had an amazing experience, and you made my birthday even more memorable 🤍

The service met and exceeded expectations would go back for the service alone. Food was great. Chefs taster menu was unavailable so a bit disappointed in that ..but the food was still fabulous

We enjoyed our evening at The Wilde On 27, we had a great view of the City and our table in the corner was very private. The food was excellent, we started with the scallops and the tartar follow by the salmon and sable fish and finished with the blackforest which was a unique and creative take on a traditional blackforest cake, which we quite enjoyed.

Went for my fiancé’s 55th birthday. The staff and service was mostly fantastic & they had a signed card @ the table. Lovely touch. The food, unfortunately, was average. We really wanted to love it but the portions were small & flavour was average (except the mushrooms on the beef & the raisin bread, they were quite good!) The drinks are overpriced for sure…interesting because my Moscow Mule was served in a glass. If you’re going to charge $24 for a drink, at least serve it correctly. The most disappointing part of the evening was our server. She was bubbly, personable….excellent to begin with, but when she saw her tip ($28!) she literally pouted. I’ve never seen anything like it. Couldn’t smile at us when we were leaving, nothing. I guess the bubbly personality is only for people that tip more than that. I regret not telling her why the tip wasn’t what she expected. The tip was only for her service, not for the food. Sorry, but I’m not tipping based on overpriced food that was average at best. And definitely not tipping for professionalism that ends when you’re disappointed. Since when is a $28 tip worth pouting about? Won’t be back.
