Seated outside on December 20th, doesn't get better than that! Split a lovely bottle of cab sauv that ended up being at happy hr pricing, both the starters and mains selected were aesthcically beautiful and absolutely delicious. The wait staff were attentive and so kind. We lucked out with the most lovely ppl that ended up having their meals out on the patio as well and the whole evening turned into a communal sharing of dinner, it was such a wonderful evening and the view could not be beat. We will return!

Attended the holiday brunch for my birthday. I lined up to get food but was surprised to see that most items were not available. After 5 minutes of waiting, I just took some of the cold turkey and lukewarm stuffing & mashed potatoes. While eating my food, a new beef wellington came out and my wife was able to get the last piece (I had some of hers and it was good). So, while waiting for another beef wellington to be prepared, I ordered an eggs Benedict. 10 minutes after ordering, another beef wellington came out and I was able to get a piece. Unfortunately, the beef was raw and I didn't eat it. Another 15 minutes passed and still no eggs Benedict. I asked the server if it was still coming, she went to check, and said that it had been served to a different table. She apologized, ordered another one, and offered me a drink from the menu, which was a nice gesture. Not long afterwards, three orders of eggs Benedict came to the table, each a different flavor (I assume she forgot which type I had ordered). After a lot of waiting and mediocre food, we were ready to leave. My wife decided to use the bathroom before we left and noticed that a staff member (not a server) failed to wash her hands!
Needless to say, we were very underwhelmed and won't be returning. The brunch at the Hyatt is far better and less than half the price!

Wonderful brunch for special occasions.
Individually prepared "bunnies" were outstanding. I am a seafood fan and enjoyed the freshly shucked oysters very much. Great variety of pasties/desserts. Service was friendly.

This was from start to finish the worst performance from any restaurant, not to mention a "nice" restaurant, I have ever had. I never leave reviews but I felt like such a catastrophic collapse of the entire kitchen needed to be documented.
This may seem long, but so much went wrong, this is actually the condensed version.
I have never seen a kitchen put out so little food for such a long period of time. The service time and wait for food became so long (we received our first course ~1.5 hours after we arrived) that people at different tables all began talking to each other wondering how long each group had been waiting. One table was doing the tasting menu and had been there for 3 hours, with no end in sight.
Once we received our appetizer, it was nearly inedible. For a menu price of $36, we received 3 scallops the size of nickels, cooked to a hockey puck texture. They were topped with so much ginger it appeared the beleaguered kitchen had dumped an entire handful on the plate in its quest to finally produce a dish.
As soon as we tasted the appetizer, we decided we could not wait another 1.5 hours (or potentially forever, seriously, nothing came out of the kitchen) for our mains, which we feared would also be horrible.
We told our server we had to leave, asked for the bill, and they acknowledged the night had been so bad that we were not charged. We were the first table to get up and leave, but in talking with the other tables, I doubt we were the last.
One would assume the restaurant cannot be this bad every time, but on this night, it appeared the kitchen had gone on strike. Eventually the servers just stopped coming to the tables to avoid the increasingly hungry guests and we could no longer even get water or cocktails.
Our server apologized and asked that we give them another shot but I don't know why we would, I actually like to eat when I got to restaurants.
