Our locally sourced seasonal menu is thoughtfully created using ingredients grown, farmed, or grown within a 3-mile radius. From Castleruddery organic fare, Ballyhubbock Farm to Ridgeway Wagyu Beef, we're always serving the best of the season with a creative twist.

Head Chef Danni Barry is one of an elite group of female chefs to be awarded a Michelin star in the UK and Ireland. Known best for achieving a Michelin star for Deanes EIPIC & crowned All IrelandChef of the Year from Food and Wine magazine 2016 and Restaurant Associations of Ireland Chef of the year 2017. Danni's culinary knowledge has been gained through her various travels across South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Mainland Europe. During her travels, she worked in numerous high-end restaurants. Danni worked at Simon Rogan's L'Enclume in Cumbria and was then appointed at Rogan & Co in Cartmel. Michael Deane persuaded Danni to come back to Belfast to take the reins of EIPIC. Danni is driven by her passion for only the freshest and most seasonal produce being cooked to perfection. Her cooking is progressive, honest, flavoursome, light, visual, balanced and modern.

We had a fabulous evening in The Wicklow Escape. We had a family dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday and everyone, incl. the kids enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The food was outstanding and so was the service. The place is beautiful and we will definitively back for an overnight stay.

We had a great experience here, the food was fantastic and the service was so personal. My gluten free diet was catered to brilliantly and the chef even made a gluten free pie as part of the main so we got to experience the whole tasting menu. We will definitely be back and would recommend if you love an exciting menu!

A wonderful experience. The dining area was beautiful, cosy and quiet. The food was superb - I had the vegan menu and the food was imaginative and full of flavour. Neither my partner nor I were able to drink the wine, and we not only got delicious non-alcoholic drinks but we were also given a generous discount off the set price. Highly recommended.
